I had an excellent experience at STARPRO physical therapy. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. From my very first appointment, they took the time to understand my concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. My physical therapist, Phil, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of my treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with every exercise. I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and strength after just a few weeks, and I always felt supported throughout the entire process. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helps you feel comfortable in a situation which is generally uncomfortable for most of us. I have worked with just about every PT due to schedule changes over one year and they are all equally amazing. The receptionists here are very accommodating and responsive. The PTA’s are attentive and knowledgeable. They are friendly and professional and that makes the rehabbing process that much easier.

I have had the need for PT support for the last few years for both my back and leg, the latter a significant femur break that needed a year of PT help. David has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful and combined with the whole team has been very supportive and successful in solving for my rehabilitation. Dana and Mikeyla are super accommodating and helpful for scheduling and all insurance help. A great team.

My experience at star pro physical therapy has been amazing , everyone is friendly polite & professional , As soon as you walk in the girls at the front desk greet you and make you feel welcomed . They are very knowledgable and answer any questions or concerns i may have . My therapist Phil really encourages me and pushes me to get better . Ive seen great improvement since starting pt here . All of the therapists are helpful as well , David, Josh , Corey and Alexandra all help me if they see i am doing an exercise incorrectly . Ive never felt so welcomed . Id definately recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy .

Dana is so nice and on top of all my no fault insurance stuff. She’s always so friendly and remembers my name every time I come in. Phil is my physical therapist and he’s given me back my confidence to walk around after my accident. I can’t repay them enough!

This is the second time I received PT at StarPro. The first time was Post op for a shoulder injury several years ago and most recently I received treatment post op for a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. Three weeks after surgery, the disc re-herniated and I found myself in worse shape than before I had the surgery. Fast forward about six months and I began my PT at StarPro. I have been working with an amazing therapist named Philip Chan. Philip is super knowledgeable in all aspects of PT. additionally, he is extremely motivating and to top it off, he is genuinely a great person.
