From when you walk till you walk out ypu are greeted by a lovely girl. All staff are so in tune with what your needs are ,it's amazing. Eventhough PT hurts ,it's the best place to be.

Thanks to Melanie’s guidance and moral support I was able to keep up with my physical therapy, rebuild the muscle in my ankle, and meet my recovery goals. Along with Melaine I worked with Kat and Diane. Everyone on their team is amazing. On days when I was scared to push myself they gently encouraged me. They taught me important techniques to improve my strength building, balance and mobility. I have had only but exceptional experiences here. My therapist, Melanie is competent, patient and professional. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapists are friendly and professional. The place is clean, well lit and spacious for the amount of patients being treated. I highly recommend this practice and specifically this location.

I have never been anywhere where the front desk is always so cheerful and courteous. I actually nicknamed Jacki, cheerful Jacki. The staff is very professional, friendly and attentive to the clients. I'm bias to Melanie, because she works on me. She is absolutely great and has wonderful bedside manners. I would definitely recommend this location.

I’m a new patient and have only been a few times but each time I leave I feel better than when I arrived.. The co- owner Melanie is friendly, quite knowledgable and a good listener. We have tweaked a few things and I appreciate her willingness to listen to her patients/ clients in an attempt to please them while doing the right thing professionally.

I have had several wonderful, above and beyond, experiences at Pro PT in both locations in New Rochelle. The whole team is great. From knee issues to complete rehab from big medical treatments, they have been wonderful. The amount of knowledge the PTs have is phenomenal. My husband and daughter also had awesome attention and quick recoveries from a couple of issues as well, Highly recommend.
