The very young medical assistant I had last week kept addressing me as " my dear, my love, sweetie, honey," etc!! (Mind you I'm a polished working professional but over 63. Maybe this MA has issues with Baby Boomers and sees them as special needs patients requiring over patronization)!! I have a name on my chart for God sakes.......use it!!!!! I'm rather concerned about her parasitic need to dominate patients by berating them to gain her narcissistic supply!! The staff never sent a diagnosis and X-ray finding to the Rehab I chose for physical therapy, so the PT didn't have anything to go on when I had my initial appointment with him yesterday down here in Mystic where I live!!. I also never got a call back from the doctor after leaving 2 messages , so I could ask what physical duty limitations I have at my job going forward until I'm recovered from my condition. Terrible Service!!

Very rude front person named Liz Great experience with doctors and check out staff
