STAR Physical Therapy

I received excellent care at STAR Physical Therapy after my total knee replacement. I didn’t really have any expectations when I first went there, just thought it would help me become more mobile again. But everyone there was great, starting with the ladies at the front desk, Maddie and Isabella, always had a smile on their faces and were always very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The physical therapists I worked with - Victor, Whitney, Kailyn and Jason - were so good to me. They all knew just what I needed to do to get the best possible results, even if I sometimes felt they were pushing me too much. But i don’t think I would have gotten this far on my own. They certainly exceeded any expectations I had and I will be eternally grateful for that.

Everyone at Star was friendly and they were accommodating with scheduling my visits. My Physical therapist, Whitney, was the BEST! I’ve been to PT several times and to different facilities but this was by far my best experience. I have chronic issues and Whitney was encouraging and adapted my therapy session to whatever I needed that day. Sessions after a flair up went more back to basics to address the pain I was experiencing. Otherwise I got increasingly more advanced exercises that challenged me to have more flexibility, strength and balance. I looked forward to my sessions with Whitney and couldn’t be happier with my results!

I had some rather extended physical therapy through this clinic. Victor was the best through it all. He understood my needs and pushed me without "breaking" me. He is also quite funny. The few times he was off, I continued to receive excellent care from his colleagues. I am having a total knee replacement in a few weeks and will definitely return to this STAR location for my post operative physical therapy.

Receptionist was polite and helped me to get signed in. I did not have to wait but a few minutes. I cannot say enough good things about victor.. His personality is very up lifting!! Meeting him was like we had known each other forever. He ask questions and listened and was thinking of really good things to help with the soreness in my knee from total knee surgery.. He is by far the best physical theraphy person iv ever had. He cares and is very knowledgeable…oh and he kept me laughing!!

Victor, my therapist, is so nice! He explains everything so well and answers all my questions. Even though I anticipate some “healing pain” I look forward to working with him! The entire environment is friendly and relaxed!

I came to Star Physical Therapy back off in April 2024 because I had torn my ACL and my doctor recommended that I try PT first, instead of doing the surgery but if I still wanted to go through with surgery I could do that as well. I decided to go through with surgery and I have returned back for PT August 2024 and the therapist there named Jason B. made me feel so comfortable and gave me hope again that my knee will get back right. This time I was able to use the app on my phone to continue my therapy at home. It helps to be able to watch the videos to make sure the exercises are being done correctly instead of having to take papers home and follow the directions that way. Star PT is the place to go!

Star is my therapy of choice. I have had therapy numerous times at different locations. I've always had great results . This was my first time at this location but the results were the same. It's mot just a job, they really care about you. Very unusual in today's time.

KAITLIN, Was excellent and was very sympathetic to my pain in my legs caused from my injured back. She sincerely wanted to help me get better. I will use Star Physical therapy again if necessary.
