STAR Physical Therapy

Star PT has been very good to me. They worked with me to help take care of my body and were careful not to cause any pain. The employees are relaxed, make you feel at home and make sure you have everything you need. I recommend this place to anyone needing therapy and this location will continue to be my number 1 spot!

Dr Philip and Kyle here are amazing. Very attentive physical therapists who genuinely care about their patients and want them to be better. I really have had nothing but a good experience here with them. Everyone else there is also extremely nice and welcoming and always greet you when you come in the door. Genuinely caring people who listen to your concerns and will do anything you want to explore doing, such as dry needling or different exercises or massages. Very awesome place.

I have been to several physical therapy places in Huntsville, and STAR Therapy is the best one I’ve been to! The extensive training and experience the therapists be have had comes through in the way they take care of you and tailor your therapy for your problem. They are super nice people and they really really care about their patients. The office staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. This place is the BEST!

Where should I start with Star? I went in with balance issues because it literally was my last hope to try to get my balance back. I was super nervous and didn't have any idea of what I should expect. Well what I got was the most nicest, helpful, positive staff that I could ever find. The entire team is a dream team who definitely knew what they were doing to get me back to my old self. The place is clean and it was never overcrowded like some therapy places I truly felt like my time was my time. I did regain most of my balance back and if things go back to before I wouldn't pick any other therapy places but Star 🙌🙌.

Star Physical Therapy has saved my life. The one-on-one therapy is the key, I’m sure. When I started I could not walk straight upright, and I was on a cane. I was miserable. 6 weeks later I’m walking without a cane and definitely upright. I feel freer to go to an actual store, which I began to forgo because I was never sure if an electric cart would be available. The only thing you will regret about Star Therapy is that you didn’t start sooner.

When you're looking for a physical therapy company, you want one that is knowledgeable and caring. I recently finished my therapy program at STAR and they were amazing! Phil, Adrienne, and Carissa are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get back to my best self. I highly recommend STAR Physical Therapy!
