Star Physical Therapy - Covington

I have been struggling with an inner ear disease known as “Menieres” for many years as well as chronic headaches and neck pain. As a result, my equilibrium has been poor and quality of life has become unstable. I was fortunate enough to be referred to STAR and assigned to PT Ryan. Not only does Ryan have exceptional bedside manners, he is also very knowledgeable about my condition. He has produced outstanding results that I never imagined would happen in a short period of time. Thank you, Ryan. I look forward to seeing you again each week as we progress!

Erin and her staff were wonderful. Their therapy got me using my right arm after I dislocated my shoulder. Very nice people in a friendly atmosphere.

I love the care I get at Star physical therapy. They listened and heard my issues about my back. I have not been moving much for quite a while, so they have started me off very slowly which is perfect for me. I love how they start out with heat for 10 minutes, then gently stretching before moving to exercise. I Love the nice & caring staff to myself & my husband.They are always working with me by my side unlike others I have been to! but no one can compare to the care you got at Star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! Thank you Jeff & Ryan and the team so far so good looking forward to more therapy. Look forward to giving an awesome update when I am the best I can be.working on me for myself to have a better quality of life.

Jeff Reeves is certified as tennis performance trainer. He took me from tennis elbow to recovery and has strengthen my body back to top shape. He also has a wonderful staff. Josh is extremely helpful at the front desk and Draven is an expert with weights. This is my pick for any tennis related issues!

Very professional and courteous I had Steven today he led me to my exercises thoroughly and correctly and was pleasant to talk with a special shout out to the girls in the office they did awesome job getting me scheduled at the time that I like to come very flexible and helpful and no problem when I had to rearrange a few things thanks a lot to the staff at Star physical therapy this is where I will be coming from now on anytime I need physical therapy

Mr Quinn and all the workers keep everyone moving along. He is so kind to me. Star is a 5 star facility!!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! First visit... sat in tiny room and answered questions that they should have already known the answers to IF they had bothered to read the detailed report the doctor (Neurosurgeon) provided them with a week ago. Too lazy to read, so the wasted my time! Then, I had to lay face down on a "massage table" that had no hole for my face (I have a better massage table at home), so my noise was pushed into the table. Since the room was so TINY, when laying face down on the table my legs were bent at the knees, and the rest of my legs and feet were literally leaning up the wall. They twisted my head, which was painful. Then, after about 10 minutes of questions, and another 5 minutes of painful twisting, I was taken to a dark room with several curtain partitioned cubicles. The TINY cubicles were so small, there was not enough room for both me and the technician. The Tech put the electrodes on my neck, but the cheap $30 tens unit they were using didn't work, so more wasted time. After she got another cheap tens unit hooked up, I was left in the dark with the tens unit. When I left, less that 45 minutes from when I was seen, I felt horrible, and was in MORE PAIN than before I went there. Since the doctor sent me to PT to relieve my pain, I will be going somewhere else!

Jeff and the clinic personally interviewed me. he found out exactly why I was seeking physical therapy. he did this by asking me a series of questions to find out what exactly my problem and my ultimate goal for my health was. he then laid out a plan to achieve my goal and relieve my aches and pains. he did this without making me uncomfortable during the therapy. I have been to Jeffery and Star Physical Therapy in the past after my right and left knees and right hip were replaced. that was very comfortable and got me back in shape without being too strenuous while doing so.
