STAR Physical Therapy

STAR Physical Therapy is hands down the BEST!!! They make you feel heard and are always willing to help. The experience starts with Ms. Sharon, who is always a joy and a pleasure to deal with anytime you have an issue and especially when you're not feeling your best. The director and physical therapist, Kendall, has a great bedside manner with knowledge expertise, that he delivers in a manner that makes it fun with his keen sense of humor. David is kind and has a gentle bedside manner. He is also very knowledgeable in the field. They all make a great team together. I would love when we would all be talking and cutting up together during one of my many, many appointments. I would HIGHLY recommend NORTH STAR Physical Therapy!!! Thank you all for EVERYTHING!

Great experience! Sharon, the receptionist and Kendall and David, the therapists were great. Having been in rehab and coming to Star really helped me to start building my muscle and get stronger. So I highly recommend them to anyone needing therapy.

I could not have gone to a better place to heal from my surgery. This is the 3rd surgery over the years to have needed therapy, and I would not choose any other place. Kendall and David are knowledgeable, efficient, and kind…and I’ll have to add that they are fully entertaining. I trusted them completely to get me back to all of my normal activities. And it certainly is a plus to walk into a business and be greeted by a receptionist who is so helpful and friendly. Sharon is the best. A+ experience

I didn’t really know what to expect of physical therapy, given I had no prior knowledge of PT and the injuries I had sustained being a bit odd; however, Kendall and the team at STAR really put my mind at ease. Always kind and professional, they were thorough on explaining what the exercises were working on and the end goal of my therapy. I have gained nearly full mobility in both my neck and right shoulder. They also set me up with some exercises to continue on my own after my therapy was completed. I am very surprised at what they were able to do for me. I am very grateful.

Kendall, David, and Sharon are great at what they do. I hate going anywhere else for my PT. Kendall was too of his class, is highly skilled on all things PT, and has the patient’s well being always as his top priority. Kendall is also great at making the conversations during PT fun and engaging so you forget that having to do PT sucks! It makes me want to come back so I can get better!

At the front desk Miss Sharon, no matter what kind of day you have had will put a smile on your face and soothe your worries. Kendell and David are two of the most professional, knowledgeable, caring people I've had the pleasure of working with. The way in which they approach your therapy is unmatched, never asking you to push beyond your limits. I would, without a doubt recommend them to anyone I knew needing physical therapy.

Kendall is fabulous. He reassured me the pain I’ve have 6 weeks after surgery is to be expected. He also brought to my attention, the many ways I am favoring my right leg which won’t help my recovery. After just one visit, I am walking better. The stretches and exercises help so much. I feel, with Kendall’s guidance, I will be able to once again chase after my grandsons, travel without worrying about keeping up, and enjoying sports again when I’m all healed and done with therapy.

STAR Physical Therapy in Franklin on Bedford Way is excellent. Although Lee and Stephanie were my primary therapists, the whole staff was excellent. Who knew going to PT after surgery could be fun? Always looked forward to going.
