Had a great experience both times I was here! I needed a blood test and had super friendly staff/nurse help me. As well as, super kind and helpful LVN Maria help me today. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews.

Came here after a work injury and was treated with a lot of respect. Staff was extremely kind and answered all my questions. So happy I found this place.

I went to Valleycare with a broken foot late one Saturday night. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was escorted into an emergency room bed within 20 minutes of walking into the facility. The nurse who cared for me was genuinely caring and a great person to walk me through all the stuff that had to happen to me. I would recommend this facility to any patient!

After spending 4hrs AND a return visit; very irritable to say the least. The front desk CSR Asian (overly done makeup); gives the impression she's a "know it all", pushy, disingenuous person. I said "Your office told me you had the necessary paperwork already." Her curt response with attitude "It's not HERE..it's withe another person"..SO WHAT?! GO GET IT!! She then passes the stick to her supervisor as apparently is unsure how to check ne in! Point being..i don't need to spend any more time here as I'm a very busy person. Please show some urgency and emphathy on your part. Justin=A John=A+ Front desk=Retraining

Go elsewhere for work physicals. Dr. Vicki wants to be all up your business’s. If you have anxiety or depression mark the no box. She wouldn’t clear me for work and now I have to get a letter from my psychiatrist and spend an extra $40 I don’t have. My mental health is between my psychiatrist and me, not a occupational health person. Now I get to wait an extra week and I’d bet I’ll have to wait for Dr Vicki to finish signing my forms that my employer requested.

They are cheaters. Robbers. This is a fraud medical center. The old lady in the billing department is a fraud lady. She charged us $250 initially and sent a bill Of $2000 for just a site visit for ear pain. The doctor exactly was there for 2-3 minutes.

I went here for my shots to be in the auxiliary program and the man who gave me the shots is really good. I think his name is John. Super nice people all around.

The physical therapists working there were good but this place charges extremely high prices. Beware and check the price before you go.
