5 stars for doctor and 0 star for *Blue Care Team Front Desk Receptionist*! They are unprofessional and rude. I was late and kindly requested to reschedule and they kept shaking heads for 20 seconds straight 😅Georgia Tech is supposed to provide better health service!!! They need training and professionalism!!! If you have to communicate with them, be prepared and write reviews/ surveys to let more students know!!!

Staff especially low class staff members such as front desk people are such a hassle to deal with. I had a severe allergic reaction where time is of the essence and the front desk office made me wait and took his sweet old time. It’s an embarrassment to Georgia tech campus having such a horrible health facility for the students. TLDR don’t come here

Staff are amazing I give them 5 stars. This post is about Stamps Health Center Building. It's terrible how the employees have to work in there. It's either to hot that the floors are sweating or it's freezing and staff are literally wearing winter hats and winter gloves. I feel so bad for them it's so unsafe and not a great working environment. As a student I didn't even want to stay for my apt. Stamps need to be closed down untill they can get the building regulated so everyone can be comfortable. No one should be allowing staff or students to go in.

The check-in staff for the Primary Blue Care team was extremely rude, as she publicly belittled the reason for my visit before any diagnosis had been made and openly berated patients for not describing their symptoms using precise medical vocabulary.

I went into stamps, not expecting much. However, the nurses and doctor (Doctor Richardson was AMAZING) were all incredible, kind, friendly, and helpful. I went in with extreme tonsillitis to the point where I hadn’t been able to drink anything for two days. They diagnosed me after testing for a few other things, gave me the necessary shots and prescriptions, and wished me the best with a follow-up appointment set for a few days later. Within five or so hours, I was able to take down liquids again for the first time in days (which, let me tell you, water has never tasted so good), and I was able to do an exam and eat within 8 hours. There was a slight wait, but honestly, it was much shorter than a standard doctor's office would have been (expect for it to take a few hours.) Overall, it was an extremely positive experience, and next time, I won’t wait until I’m on my last leg to go. :)

Very limited and restricted availability for same day appointments. Students are not adequately accomodated for acute issues. I was told by the receptionist that my student could not be seen for extreme nausea, lightheadedness and weakness today as this was not and emergency. I was told that same day appointments were restricted to things like limb injury and chest pain (which to me sounds like a ER referral). A facitly catering to young people should have walk in same day slots for Urgent Care type visits such as ear infections, burns, cuts, fevers/viral illness etc. Most 18-24 year olds do not utlize the services of a PCP for routine preventative care so only offering slots for this purpose and ER type cases I feel is insufficient coverage for a college campus. They were quck to recommend nearby Urgent care facilities --> OFF CAMPUS! ! this is not good enough TECH!

All staff were very polite and helpful. Wei was extremely helpful in sorting out my documents.

The front desk service is very unprofessional. The lady yelled at me couple times just because I didn’t know where to go? I was being very nice to her. She was so rude and unprofessional. You don’t just throw altitudes towards patients like that. We are here to get help & not to deal with all your negative emotions.
