Haven has been so helpful, every time I go in there she's so sweet and a doll. She's the CPAP tech. She always has a smile on her face. I never leave that office without a "smile and have a great day & be safe" I highly recommend seeing her when you go in.

I would like to thank Haven for her great customer service this morning. I came in to obtain a new Cpap mask & hose. She had me in & out in less than 20 minutes I was on my way. She was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Thanks for the help Haven!!!

I had excellent service from the staff here when my mom needed to rent a wheelchair after fracturing her leg; Carri went above and beyond to fashion a stable leg extender attachment for her, very much appreciate all of the time and care you took to help us Carri

I have been bringing my Mother here for the past 5 years. This place has gone downhill terribly. If you are not here before 12 they will NOT see you. They lock the door and LEAVE! Or Paeton and Abigail are laying on the sidewalk making Tik Tok’s! A patient nearly tripped over Paeton’s legs last week…. Everyone in the hospital is complaining about how hateful and out of control they are. This office should be closed, it is disgraceful. Please look at their Tik tok pages if you do not believe this! I have moved our business to Jernigan’s. And they refuse to see walk ins , there is even a sign posted on the door!

Recently got a nebulizer for my children and one for myself from Abigail and it has helped us so much with our breathing.

This location is Suite 100, a couple doors left of main hospital entrance. (Not to be confused with the one on 1st Avenue, also in Pell City). I went here as a follow up to a sleep study to get CPAP equipment. Chloe assisted me, explaining all about the machine and how to provide properly care. She covered the details of the cellular modem that will report usage statistics and the compliance requirements for insurance to pay for the machine. She explained that any time during the first 30 days, if the mask didn't feel like a proper fit, I could contact them for support and change styles free of charge. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised how nice the people were her after reading the reviews for the other location.
