St. Thomas More Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

They have bad scheduling practices and today I went to my appointment and checked in at the front office. Waited for an hour in the waiting room. Went back to desk to see why I was waiting so long. Well, they didn't actually check me in (even though i told the girl first tjing when i arrived) so nobody came to get me. At that point the therapist couldn't see me as she had other appointments so I took off work and wasted my time in a waiting room. The therapist are pretty good here but the front desk and scheduling has been inefficient and even pretty rude to me at times.
