People were super nice and professional. I truly believe in what they’re doing to help people. BUT St. Luke’s is absolutely ripping people off. $219 per 45-minute visit, and an astounding $760 ($623 after “insurance discount”) for the initial 45-minute visit. No disclosure of costs beforehand. So, I paid $1,000 for 3 visits to show me how to use a lacrosse ball and a rubber band to do about 5 stretches for my shoulder. Ridiculous. I feel so ripped off. Never going here ever again, St Luke’s.

I broke my ankle a couple years ago and supposedly finished PT at another location. About 10 months ago, I slipped on ice at work and ended up messing the already hurting ankle. After going through workers comp and such, I found myself at PT here at this location during May,June and July (i think?). Either way, my therapist was wonderful! Adrienne (sorry if i remember incorrectly how to spell her name), took the time to see what could have caused the slip in the first place. Listening to everything, she was able to figure out so issues that we were able to address while strengthing my ankle back up. With a few weeks, I went walking in an awful boot (before pt) to being able to walk constantly at Disneyland and California adventure!!! BEST PT I'VE HAD!

Dismissive, uncaring, and not helpful. Had a 1 hour initial appointment and was told they won't help me. The whole appointment lasted maybe 7 minutes. I was the only patient in the building and it felt like I was an inconvenience to be dismissed as quickly as possible. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.
