St. Luke's Health - Memorial Hospital - San Augustine, TX

The staff at St Luke's is wonderful. Each one we've encountered was considerate and concerned about mom's health and well being, whether they were working with her as a patient or just passing in the hallway. Of course, Lindsey Bentley is doing a terrific job with mom's physical therapy.

just waiting in the ER and a Doctor Winters refused to treat a small child. ( I Have Nothing to do with this just a observation ) because the mother had her family member on the phone to hear what was going on so they help with asking the right questions. That was explained to the Dr. Winters / that Dr Winters refusing to help a small child. Because he started Quoting Hippa Laws and didn't want anyone but the mother to answer questions, His Pride was hurt, Don't go here for help !! Get Help anywhere But Here !!!

I took my husband to the emergency room in San Augustine, Texas today, because he suddenly became ill. The hospital has a large, free, clean, well-lit parking lot. The building is clean, and the staff is professional. The restroom is clean and stocked. Note: This is a very small hospital, and there may not always be a doctor in the emergency room 24/7.

Excellent customer service checking in and my MRI went very well too. Was very happy this near by hospital had the equipment to do my MRI. This saved me a long distance trip to Lufkin.

Everyone so pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient All the areas I saw were very clean and neat

I was in heart failure needing an xray to make sure I had no clots and they sent me on my way until the ultrasound lady called me back and told me to come back that I shouldn't been sent away for not being able to make a payment

Staff was very friendly. Minimal wait time. Very pleased with the service.

My home health took a urine sample for testing by your lab. I’ve never been there.
