St. Luke's Clinic - Occupational Health: Boise

Passive aggressive front desk personnel. I’ve gone to St ALS Occupational Health for last 12-years with no issues. This year was scheduled here. Won’t come again. The crazy thing is all the negative reviews about the same thing, poor customer service but no changes. Why not fix it?

Hey Saint Luke’s! Hey Dr. Heiney. You deserve a negative review. Like -3 stars. Completely unprofessional. Complete Trash doctors. Willing to aggravate and antagonize about insurance without actually treating you. This place is garbage. You wanted a review after the worst doctors appointment of my life! Looks like a lot of other agree.. you suck! Thanks for the lack of care and higher blood pressure. Never go here for service, unless you want to be frustrated and let down.

I'm giving 2 stars because the front desk was friendly. But hearing some guys behind closed doors talking about crop dusting and holding their breath seemed a bit gross.

I went in for a DOT physical. The doctor was good, cordial, helpful, and so was the nursing staff that took care of me up to the dr exam. The front end people need some work on people skills, making someone feel welcome, and in moments when a problem needs to be solved, not make someone feel they have screwed up or done something wrong. I was pretty miffed when it took a MONTH for my employer to get the results of the physical. Nothing wrong with me, just zero confirmation, zero follow up. Frankly I'm not surprised the place has the low review scores I am seeing. What surprises me is St. Luke's isn't seeming to do much about it. I didn't want to be totally negative and give one start, which is how I felt after leaving the place and over the last month trying to get my results where they belong. that would not be fair or accurate to the rest of the staff there.

Hala is not a good provider, she made a false statement on my after visit summary. I have had numerous dot med card exams and have never been submitted to what she put me thru. I encourage people not to go to this clinic. I am a fan of St Luke’s healthcare services except for this place, avoid it if at all possible.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I had ms. cline. Get a second opinion! Zero care is given. Worst experience ever They’re job is to sign off that you can go back to work even if you can’t walk . I broke my L5 which I didn’t have proper care for. they said I pulled a muscle and gave me back exercises to do!! Put my on exercise equipment!! Said I didn’t need x rays even though I asked multiple times. I went back to work 3 days later in severe pain barely able to stand or walk for months and months until it healed wrong . I ultimately got a second opinion with x-rays. Years later I’m still dealing with theyre lact of care.

Go to any other place if you’re able to! Waited for about an hour for a piss test. Only person in the lobby. Terrible service. Makes sense now why all the reviews are bad.

The most incompetent, unprepared, unprofessional people in the health system I have ever met. Please avoid if possible. Don't cause yourself an unnecessary headache.
