The Physical therapy and Occupational therapy department has excellent staff. They do exceptional work. I was a patient and was impressed with the compassion and care they show patients. They go the extra mile. They put in over 100 percent work. The department was friendly, caring and encouraging. I recommend them highly.

Mother had a nasty spill after getting out of bed. Seems to indicate insufficient bed checks at night. Now she's in Upstate and her health is worse than when she was brought in. Do not recommend. *edit* I'd love to sue you for your neglect killing my mother. Thanks for robbing me of the one person I cared for the most in this world.

My mother was at St. Luke's for short-term rehab after an accident. She received wonderful care. The nurses and staff were exceptional at keeping me informed and very helpful with suggestions to keep her progress going after discharge. She's home and doing well.

My mother has been there twice, currently temporarily--but while there if someone is concerned they have a UTI, it takes an awful lot of days/and calls to actually get someone to give her a urine test. Someone elderly with chronic UTI's should not have to wait so long. Also some medication decisions that were made before entering St Luke's by her family AND family doctors- were completely overlooked and someone made their own decision about dosing. Dosing that causes more falling/confusion. I am very disappointed in the care and will not use St Luke's again.

I thought St. Luke did a good job caring for my mother in her final days. The CNAs were always helpful and ready to help. The nurse practitioner was professional and clearly cared about my mom as a person and patient. The admissions team was also professional and straightforward.

Never send a loved one here. Poor communication. Too many problems with this place to mention. Family member was not eating and we were never notified. We were told she passed away in the bathroom. Strange as she never went into the bathroom alone. Just don’t use this facility.

At different times, years apart, both my parents caught scabies there. Dad was a permanent patient, Mom was there short term, for rehab after hip surgery.

My dear friend was recently admitted to St. Lukes. I have tried to call her several times to see how she is doing but NO ONE answers the phone. I'm getting worried
