My experience here was great! I had researched a lot and felt that the problem I was having was due to a tight pelvic floor. Dr. Jen did the exam and confirmed my thoughts and helped me learn to relax my muscles and teach me the proper way to breathe! People always talk about how it’s important to breathe but they never tell us we’ve been breathing wrong through our chest! Dr. Jen was very friendly and helped make an awkward situation seem normal. Also don’t cancel if you end up starting your cycle. I started the morning of my appointment and that normally is my worst day of cramps. The internal exam actually helped my cramps and I had none the rest of the day or the following! I know I’ll be back to visit in the future once I’m either pregnant or postpartum to help get me ready/bounce back! Thank you Dr. Jen!!

I started seeing Jennifer during my last trimester of pregnancy for ligament pain, pressure, and breathing techniques to prepare for labor. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough! I truly believe that her guidance helped me achieve the labor and delivery experience I wanted. Now, 8 months postpartum, she has equipped me with the tools I need to get my core strength back. She’s relatable and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for pelvic floor support before, during, or after pregnancy!

I sought out Dr. Jen when I was in the third trimester of my first pregnancy. Now being 3 months postpartum, I can say that she has helped me have strength and confidence in my healing. And given me the motivation to continue working towards getting back to my favorite exercise - running! She is kind, down to earth and easy to talk to; she takes time to help me understand what my body needs. I highly recommend Dr. Jen as a Pelvic Floor Therapist!

After having twins over a year ago, I was still struggling with core weakness and pelvic floor pressure, which improved tremendously after only a few sessions with Dr. Jen. She is extremely knowledgeable and tailors treatments toward individual goals. Highly recommend!

Pelvic floor pt has helped me a lot and I highly recommend Dr. Jen! I wasn’t sure if pt could help me but it definitely did and I quickly saw improvements within just a few visits. I received help from Dr. Jen with preparing for my endometriosis surgery and then during my recovery. She is compassionate does a great job explaining everything. Pelvic floor pt has given me ways to help with the pain from endometriosis and I’m very grateful to have found this place and receive such great care before I left for college. If you are in pain and are suffering from endometriosis, it is worth making an appointment at St. Louis Women’s Physical Therapy!

For two years postpartum I struggled with incontinence and pelvic floor weakness especially with sneezing and jumping. I came to see Dr. Jen and in just 5 visits I had met all of my goals and gained my confidence back. I wish I didn’t suffer for so long before getting help! Dr. Jen is great at what she does and I am so thankful for the work she did with me! If you’re hesitant, just book the appointment! You won’t regret it!

Dr. Jen was absolutely amazing. After having three children, I was in need of a Pelvic Floor Therapist. She took her time, explained everything she was doing and helped me immensely. Pain that I had had for years was gone after 3 sessions of working with her. I frequently recommend Dr. Jen Rispoli to my friends and patients often. She is worth every penny.
