Excellent facility with very professional therapists that are there to help you. I went several times over the course of about two years, and everytime I was met with smiling people who knew A LOT about therapy, and provided me with excellent therapy. As I progressed, they increased their level of help, not by giving more work, but by increasing the knowledge that I now have and types of exercises. If I have to go somewhere again, I’m Absolutely 100% going to this facility. I’ve been about 7 different (UCI, Scripps, Mission Viejo, Hoag, local place in LF, Sharp, UCSD) therapy centers, and have been good, but this place excels.

Reviews
I am quite surprised at some of the negative reviews here; honestly, I think some folks don't get everything they want, so they're disappointed. this is my second time being a client here, the staff have all been friendly & kind to me. the therapists have all been extremely helpful in my rehabbing from two knee replacement surgeries. if you are kind and patient with people, you will usually receive the same back.
The receptionist Andrea made me wait for her till she finished chatting on the phone with a different center. When she finally got herself to help she did it in a bad mood and rolled her eyes at me when i kept on telling her i wanted to keep my appointments at 1:30, she sigh and said “wait so I’m not doing this one” I told her I’ll call when she is not there cuz obviously she didn’t wanted to help anyone. If she hates helping people so much go work somewhere else gosh i hate it when people don’t even want to do the minimal part of their job.
Not impressed with physical therapist, then to receive a bill for instructions on home stretches? Maybe it’s because I have a PPO insurance and money can be made, Dr. Henderson you should be ashamed of yourself. That advice is free! St Judes you should be ashamed of your therapist.
Keep telling me I don't have a referral. When my insurance and Dr said I do!! They will not return calls. Go somewhere else.
