St. Joseph Hospital - Orange Center for Pelvic Health

Do not, I repeat do not enter this facility! Without being informed, the person at the registration desk charged my credit card. I thought it was a prepayment for the gynecologist located there. But no it is a facility payment. Without telling you in advance or at time of charge that you are paying a facilities “fee” they just take it! Since I was never told what the $268.20 was for , I don’t want to pay. I found another center, they are much nicer and half price!

Went to see the Dr. back on 6/28, it’s 8/5 now and I’m still waiting for an authorization. When I registered I told them to remove my old insurance, all this time I’ve been waiting for an approval but how if they submitted it to the wrong insurance!!! I called multiple times, spoke to Peggy, Nancys & Julia. Apparently they submitted as “urgent” yesterday 8/4. I spoke to my insurance & nothing yet. I’m told today that Nancy is going to resubmitted “again” today, I’m asking how is she going to resubmit it since my insurance told me it shouldn’t take that long since requesting “urgent” no one seems to know how (e-mail, fax, electronically, etc) they want to transfer me to a voice mail to leave a message. In all this process I’ve left 2 voice mails, with no one returning my call, 2 messages with Peggy which I never got a call waiter. Spoke to someone 3 times and still waiting. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold, which it gave me time to write my review and cook for my daughter and still on hold. 8/5/2021 @ 1:00pm after waiting 10 minutes they just informed me that the supervisor (Susan D) is in a meeting and now they are transferring me to her voice mail. Left a message but voice mail was mi d of weird, no name or nothing, not even sure now if it’s a supervisor. I guess I’ll keep waiting and will have to continue pushing my date to see the Dr and pushing my date for my surgery.
