Rude to me and my primary care doctor. Neglected to provide any assistance or offer any advice. Emma hung up on me. Called back and was told she couldn't help me. So they just hang up on you? Never heard back from them. I'll send them my doctor bill. I reported the incident to my primary care doctor and they were rude to them too.
