1:45 appointment-didn’t get out of waiting room till 3pm. Awful in every way. St. Francis leadership might want to take a look at your reviews… 👎👎👎👎

Receptionist Friendly, Very Knowledgeable. The Doctor That Examined Me Was Very Forcefully With My Shoulder Injury Til, I Had To Slightly Raise My Voice "Your Hurting Me". He Mentioned He Was Trying To See Where I Was Hurt At. I Told Him "But it Your Hurting Me, U Don't Have To Be So Rough. He Came Into The Waiting Room Stating My Injury, Why Would He Be So Insensitive To My Injury. Did He Think I Was Lying? Did He Think I Was Faking To Get Out Of Work? I Love What I Do For Work. Then The Doctor Seem To Be Angry Cause, I Was Truly Injured. Then On My Follow Up, The Doctor Seem To Be Rushing To Examine Me. Then, Didn't Want To Hear My Opinion Of How I Felt Cause, I Wanted A More Detailed Result Of My Injury By, Asking For An MRI. These Doctor's Are Very Insensitive And, Too Comfortable With What Their Doing. Hoping, They Can Tell U Anything And U Would Just Shut Up. Very Nasty And, Insensitive Physicians. They Make U Feel Insecure About Being There. If It Wasn't For My Job, I would Never Go There Again 😡

Been here for work comp 5 times in 2 months. EVERY time there is a 20 minute to 1.5 hour wait yet if we are late more than 10 minutes they make you reschedule! This place is a JOKE! I have already contacted my work comp people to change doctors. Why do they need to see you every week when you have just started PT? I know why, they want the money!

Waited over an 2 hours in the tiny lobby. Showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and ended up being there for close to 5 hours total just for a physical. This place is pathetic, not to mention when i was in the room i could hear the doctors from outside talking about my condition openly. Loud enough for people in the lobby or other rooms to hear it. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Worse place ever!! Worked for them got hurt. Never called out or filed a claim on them and they let me go the day they made me see a doctor. After receiving his work note the old nurse lady called and let me go for no reason. Basically they feared being sued for one of their file cabinet doors coming off the hinges with no warning from staff until after tge thing flew off julting my back and hit me un the head. The nurse just asked if I was ok. Did nothing about it until I was in pain. Then its hurry get rid of her. For an Occupation Health Office that sees work related injury every day. They used poor judgement. After getting the doctors note dated for the same day you fired me. Really nice of them. Then to add insult to injury I am blacklisted from the company. When i went to the website to apply for other positions a question pops up asking " Is there a lawsuit pending against Trinity health?" Before fully signing in. Then once I apply they send me messages stating they didnt choose me because my background doesn't fit the requirements for the position and they went with a more qualified candidate. Which is BS because if I didnt have a fourteen year medical receptionist and medical records background I would agree with the response. But its not true. I had a recruiter contact them to just see what the response would be and low and behold I'm not eligible for rehire because your office has old faulty equipment in it and I got hurt by simply doing what was asked of me to close and lock the file cabinets. Mind you the office managed was on vacation and the nurse made the HR decision without him. Just horrible!! Thank you St. Francis Occupational Health your real life changers.

Horrible do not go here! Had a 2:30 appointment for pre-employment drug test and was told to drink plenty of water. Did not get tested until 3:30. In the mean time had to get buzzed through locked door to access the restroom. Waiting room is small with poor circulation. When I asked how come I couldn't get in at my appointment time was told "they had lots of emergency's" so had to wait an hour for a five minute urine test.. Do not go here for drug test... You have been warned!

Terrible, no concept of what an appointment time actually is. No order in which they call people in been currently waiting an hour past my appointment time. Staff is incredibly abrasive and one nurse is just down right rude. I will never use this place again.

Received a great experience. Emily was able to provide previous documentation of my vaccinations in a timely fashion. She was very courteous and professional.
