The people at St Elizabeth are wonderful to deal with. My mom has 2 stays there totaling 4 months, and I was able to engage with just about everyone there. If needed, we would undoubtedly return to St Elizabeth as we have gotten to know the entire staff well and can vouch for their quality of service.

St. E’s is a very nice skilled nursing facility. My husband suffered a massive stroke prior to his 100 day stay at SE’s. SE met the goal that we set at the beginning of our stay. The goal was to get him strong enough to meet stringent requirements to qualify for a more advanced therapy program at an acute rehabilitation facility. This was a tall task as my husband could not swallow, talk, & did not have use of his right limbs. By the end of his stay, he was accepted into an advanced therapy program thanks to the wonderful therapists Chris, Jay, Emily, Jessica, and Ashley the fabulous speech therapist. The nursing staff are kind, the notable nurses Magdalan who understood the stroke behaviors and struggles as well as Leslie, and Madeline. The many caring CNAs who saw my husband’s potential (Christine, Yolanda, Mida, and many others). The cleaning staff do a superb job, the place is very clean and bright. Emily the activities director is so kind and loving and provided fun activities that my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Even Rene the receptionist is wonderful to all the patients and family members. My husband grew very comfortable at SE. When it was time to leave SE, Chase the admissions director went above the call of duty in helping my husband transition to his new facility. My family is extremely grateful to all of the SE and to all the staff.

My experience while at St. Elizabeth’s was excellent! The caring and compassion given by everyone was so reassuring. Two CNA’s that stand out are Ana and Sarah. They went above and beyond! All CNA’s were always there to attend to your every need! The Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were absolutely phenomenal. There were a few that stood out and they were Jay, Chris, Pat and Emily. They were so encouraging and motivating wanting you to be successful. Chase and Dave were always making sure you were comfortable. Overall I highly recommend St. Elizabeth’s!

If I could give zero stars I would. Most of the workers are very nice, but you have to keep a close eye on every detail. Many mistakes and excuses given. I would NEVER put a loved one in St. Elizabeth.

My loved one just had a gi rupture. He was transferred here from the hospital for vac therapy and stoma care, physical therapy. He's been here 4 days, meds not on time, his stoma and surrounding area is burned from the acidic discharge from colostomy bag. They leave him sitting in his poo for hours. His vac therapy machine was supposed to be changed and it hasn't so its not even suctioning out the infection. It's been 5 hrs since I told them. I bought the supplies for him because they don't have them or they don't know how to use them. He's in isolation because of vre and they had him with other patients for over 24 hrs. Now it's like they forget he's in the room, so much so they stated they forgot to bring him breakfast. Do not take your loved one here

I got say this place has been the best the staff and nurses are so awesome the director so nice. I would totally recommend this place. They take really good care of my mother. The only thing I could say is they need to respond faster when a patient pushes the nurse Botton.

My grandfather is currently residing at St. Elizabeth and he is getting excellent care. The staff is kind and communicative and the facility is top notch. Having a loved one needing to go into a nursing home is a very difficult process, so to have a facility like St. Elizabeth where you can trust in their care has been such a relief. We are appreciative of everyone there.
