St. Charles Rehabilitation in East Setauket

Treatment fell short of this facility's reputation. Therapists and assistants were generally inattentive, not closely monitoring patients, nor receptive to questions. The office did not stay on top of insurance authorization, so treatment was abruptly stopped with no follow-up or explanation to the patient.

Have been seen by Danielle and her Husband Caan, both are a cut above every other physical therapist I've been to. Dealing with a shoulder issue for 7 years I can tell you I've been to some of what was considered the best on the island. I can also say with complete conviction that truly the former "best" are not even working in the same field as Caan and Danielle..they are both that good.

The staff are extremely nice and professional, especially the front desk, Nick and John. The best part is that unless many other medical offices, you do not need to wait. Every time I simply arrive 5 mins prior to my appointment and get served immediately after arrival.

They are a great team trying everything they can to make me feel better.
