Everyone is so nice and efficient! Meg did an excellent job getting me ready to see APRN Strop. I have seen her one other time and she is excellent. Overall, my visit was quick and I feel that all of my needs were met.

The doctor was extremely nice and had a very good bedside manner. He made sure I understood everything I was being treated for & took the time to listen & go over everything with me. You could tell he genuinely cared & is an amazing doctor.. He also made sure that I would follow up if I didn’t get better out of concern & from being a doctor who actually cares about his patients. I felt truly cared for not only by the doctor, but also by the nurse & staff. They were all very polite & knowledgeable. It’s very comforting knowing you have a place like this to where you & your loved ones are very well taken care of with having the peace of mind knowing that you’re in the best of care.

Visited this clinic because I couldn’t walk on my left foot. Was diagnosed with inflammation in the foot under my ankle. I was given treatment of steroid shot and oral steroids. The treatment has worked well and am back on my foot again. The staff at the clinic was very friendly and kind. They seemed sincere about helping me solve my health issue and getting me the best treatment. My wife and I have used this clinic several times and have always received professional quality treatment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of immediate health care.

It was very Great. And the Doctor was very concerned about my condition and he checked me out very good. Very Very Please and if I ever need urgent care again you know where me and my family will be going.

10/9/23*edit* called today to see about a prescription refill and spoke to Mackenzie-or someone with a similar name, after I told her what the issue was she told me to hold and then promptly hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened, I don't know if it was the same person. The other reviews are true, they hang up on you and don't help you. The doctor gets 5 stars but the staff gets 2 for not wanting to work. 10/3/23 Quick service, the doctor, Dr. Fletcher, was very nice and informative. He was considerate of the pain my spouse was in and we had an overall great experience. The bathrooms could be cleaner, though. The floor was sticky and dirty, the exhaust fan did not work so when you walk in, you are immediately hit with all the leftover BO, must and funk of anyone who has been in there before you. The light didn't seem to work either, it was a bit on the dim side. I think the light was the same one attached to the exhaust fan that didn't work. The hand towels were not in the hand towel caddy and that is unsanitary. Anytime you flush the toilet, water, feces and icky particles from the toilet are released into the air, they settle upon wherever they fall, that means anything in the bathroom. So, the exposed paper towels are all covered in toilet bowl particles 🫠this should really be addressed and the paper towels should be stored properly in the paper towel holder that is located right by the sink.

My experience started ok, but then I was sent to the hospital for a CT to determine if I had appendicitis, and then I had to come back to urgent care to get the results of my CT. I felt it was ridiculous and negligent. When they read my results, they said they could not identify my appendix based on my CT, so they sent me back to the hospital. The ER doctor read the report and stated that he was not sure why I was sent there because the notes on the CT stated there was no indication of appendicitis. So I was very annoyed, in pain, and tired. I arrived at urgent care at 4:00 and did not arrive home until 9:30 last night. Overall experience was not good.

I have always trusted St Benards urgent with my life, they have ALWAYS went out of the way to make sure they have address all concerns and more I have ever had. However last night, I seen Dr Mark M Smith, I never complain about places, but I also have never in all my years have a Dr to just not care, it's an urgent care, I'm there for fun or looking for a had out, I am there because I am sick. I assume when you see a provider, and they ask you probing questions, they mean, so what has been going on and lead up to the point of you being here, what have you done? It was as simple as the inside of my ear was killing me and my ear was bleeding. I felt it needed to simply be checked out, he tells me, after I explain my ear and what I have done, "well you've really backed me in a corner, it's now 8:45 and we close at 9:00, not much I can really do, what would you like me to do?" Well you're the dr, do I need to go to the er? am I okay? What would you do?? I told him, the last time what they gave to relieve the pressure and he said well I can just do that and hope for the best. I ask him one last question, I have a place on my leg, clearly it is a bite or sting. He says, " well I'm not sure, maybe a bad bruise" followed by, " you know how to get to the check out from here?" He then walked out the door. I love this place, and the people, but this Dr was the most unconcerned person I have ever in my life seen.
