St Anthony Hospital Outpatient

A great experience with the out-patient physical therapy department following knee replacement surgery. Front office staff knew my name by my second visit. Always welcomed me by name and with a smile. The PT Aides, who would get me started on exercise equipment, were always friendly and encouraging. My physical therapist was top notch. He was able to elicit more effort from me than I thought possible. He encouraged me when I was discouraged, supported my bad moods, called me on my excuses, explained the physiology behind certain exercises and treatments, and hung in there with me through three agonizing months of therapy. I am so grateful to my therapist and the therapy team for helping me back to optimal functioning.

Brought my friend down for her first post op therapy. She had knee replacements in both legs. She had the appt card they made her. They rudely told her, her appt isn't what time they wrote it down for. They told her she would have to sit and wait or come back. Really? They can't keep up with their own appts? It's not likelike to down here with two painful legs were not enough. Yeah I will never be using them!

Very good place with some great people helping you to get over your injury, no matter how bad it hurts, ha ha, but they do a great job, big thankyou to all of you

This is for their physical therapy department. It's well managed and patients are treated well.
