SSM Health Physical Therapy - Swansea/Belleville

My experience at SSM physical therapy in Swansea, IL, was excellent and my therapist, Katelyn Kidd, was outstanding. I felt at ease from my 1st visit. Katelyn was very professional and kind. She made sure I was comfy at the same time pushing me to go further. This is my place to go for anytime I need physical therapy in the future.

This is a compassionate, educated, thorough, and entertaining physical therapist. She gives you all her attention and tries to both determine the physical problem and solve it. I have had a great deal of physical therapy in my lifetime, and Karyle is the best therapist I have ever worked with.

I’ve going to SSM for physical therapy for therapy and they have been the greatest. They are nice, friendly and very supportive. Though I’ve had an opportunity to work with most of the PT’s there, I mainly work with Katie. She is the greatest. She is pushing me with positive to regain the strength I once had after knee surgery!!

I have been working with Katelyn on lower back pain. She has been great helping me find the route cause and giving me exercises to strengthen my core muscles and prevent future pain. She is flexible and willing to change her approach based on new information. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Karyle Penelton, Physical Therapist at SSM Physical Therapy in Swansea, Illinois. Karyle is very knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to listen to me about my back problems and other problems that had an impact on my back. She laid out an easy to follow plan and it has helped so much. I been to other physical therapy places and never got the results that I have had with Karyle. I honestly was ready to give up and learn to live with my pain. I didn’t hold much hope that things would change. But I cannot overstate how happy I am to get these results I’ve gotten with Karyle and SSM Physical Therapy.

Very personable, caring,dedicated, and very easy to share my medical issues with during my visits. My Therapist, Katelyn, is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding when it comes to my medical concerns.

Karyle is awesome....she really cares about helping you get better. She listens and responds accordingly. After seeking treatment at other physical therapy clinics in the area, none came close to the education, experience, and care from everyone involved. I had a neck fusion and a shoulder injury. I do not think I would have made it through it all without their help. I have been able to recover most of my range of motion and strength as a result. They really take the time to teach you about your injuries and everything that you can do to recover. They helped me with everything from the pillow that I use, my work environment, and the exercises that would get me back into my life! I can not recommend this clinic more to anyone of every age!!! I am forever grateful!!!
