SSM Health Physical Therapy - St. Louis Downtown

I certainly like the fact that I'm able to get physical therapy after I get off work w/o having to take time off. Certainly like the care I receive from the PT who's been treating since last year. I certainly don't want to work w/anyone else.

I had the best experience here. From the reception to the physical therapists. Kara was wonderful and helped me so much. She listened to me and was very helpful. Kara worked with me the most but the others that worked with me some were wonderful as well. I highly recommend them. Thank you to all of the workers there! Melissa Nolan

I have had the BEST experience at SSM Downtown. I have been recovering from a shoulder surgery. Jason has been amazing and encouraging as I work to regain flexibility and strength. The entire staff is experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and overall wonderful people! The office staff has been terrific also. The clinic is positive, encouraging, and a fun place to be! I was at a different SSM clinic when I was recovering from a neck fusion. I have been absolutely thrilled with my therapy at both offices! I am forever loyal to SSM PT offices! There is no place better and I have been to several pt providers on my recovery journey from a car accident.

I have used Kevin Murray as a PT for more than 6 months and have nothing but excellent things to say. He does an amazing job with my back issues. Overall the atmosphere is very positive and the other staff members are quite friendly.

I’m relatively new to using SSM downtown location but so far I’ve had a great experience. The location is convenient from my office, the staff is very professional, caring and understanding. Parking at the garage across the street is convenient. I’ve had to cancel once last minute and they were very understanding and polite. Jason is my PT and he’s encouraging and very knowledgeable. He has taken the time to listen and understand my issues, and to work with me on developing a set exercises to help me recover from my injuries. I strongly recommend Jason and the SSM downtown staff.

I liked it.....afterward a couple of visits. Im not going to lye, it was painful for me but worth it. My trainer was Jason.....I liked his technique and knowledge of my injury. He helped me a lot. They work with you with your appointments even if you are running behind they will change it for you, but not all the time you may be with who you are assigned to. All the staff is knowledgeable I think, and some more than others.....but they all are nice. I didn't feel like they were racist or had any kind of problems like that. I feel like that really like what they do. I do feel like Jason is the best 😉, I think he's a little more seasoned than everyone else. The receptionist is awesome and very friendly Jamie. She very helpful and fun.

The downtown SSM Health Physical Therapy has been a great location and option for me while working through a few physical challenges. They are very friendly, yet professional when dealing with your treatment plan. Great listeners in identifying your issues and give good feedback of an overall plan for wellness. They are also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and try hard to fit your schedule.

I have had such a good experience at this location. I had a major car accident many years ago so my body just doesn't function quite like other people. The therapists here have been very supportive about customizing my treatment plan so it works for me. They listen to what I want to work on and create exercises that are specific to my body. If something doesn't work for me then we try something else. it isn't one size fits all therapy. Everyone is incredibly friendly and is always on time.
