Tory and Maureen were so kind and helpful when I called to schedule appointments for my husband. Their patience with my frustration in finding suitable times was outstanding and so appreciated. The PT, Kara, who is working with my husband is doing an amazing job. She is so compassionate and understanding and gently pushes him forward in meeting his goals. Laura and Angela were my OTs. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful. They absolutely changed my life! Tori was kind and helpful. SSM actually did my case pro bono, so I got 8 free sessions. I couldn’t be more pleased with my progress with my team. I was so scared of everything and couldn’t move my hand or wrist at all before these kind people helped me. Now I’m moving so well, and I actually have hope that I’ll gain at least most of my function back because of them! If you’re looking for PT or OT, look no further!

From the beginning to the end, nothing but superior treatment and information. These great folks communicate with your doctors and insurance. All options were explained to me very clearly. Was a major relief as it has been an experience getting here as I am sure for you to as you are reading. You or your loved ones are in the best and most competent hands possible. To mention they do utilize an app for those who would use it. It shows me my check list of exercises There are videos to mimic off of. Very helpful for those needing reminders or a nice little guide.

Jenna Fox is a fabulous physical therapist. I saw her for rotator cuff tendinitis. Jenna is knowledgeable, thorough and up to date on her therapy skills. She's also very kind and personable and open to questions! She explains the rationale behind the exercises when requested. (I requested because of the nurse in me wanted to understand better!!) Because of Jenna, my tendinitis has improved and I'm doing much better!! Jenna is one of the best! I also saw Natalie for 2 sessions while Jenna was on vacation. Natalie is another excellent physical therapist, and knows therapy rehab well!
