They had very limited scheduling dates available that did not meet my child’s needs. Also when the co-parent signed my child up for treatment he stated that I had no rights to any information, in which they did not require any documentation from him. When I went in to ask questions not only did they refer to me as her biological mother they made me provide documentation to get information. I would not recommend at all.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the caregivers at this place. My little one has shown so much improvement in six months than I could've done for her alone. Ms. Kristen is so patient and cares about my kiddos progress and is very open with all communication. I'm very grateful for the care and methods used in helping my child.

We have worked with Christine for the last 11 years, split between two children for speech therapy. She is phenomenal. We also worked with Kelly, another ST ❤️ We also have seen other therapists and you can tell that they care tremendously. I would give them 10 stars if I could

We started feeding therapy at Cardinal Glennon and transitioned to PS Kids as it was closer to home. Our experience there was not very good. Appointment times were inflexible, so we had to pull out child out of school each week. More importantly, the therapist we worked with absolutely insisted that our child's issues were purely behavioral and that there was zero sensory component, which I knew was untrue. Based on this assumption, she used a philosophy for his treatment that I became more and more uncomfortable with, which I can only describe as attempting to break his will. She would not consider taking his significant sensory issues into consideration or trying to formulate a more moderate treatment plan. I mean, even adults have foods they like less or choose not to eat, but he wasn't allowed to, ever. After the kind and effective team at Cardinal Glennon, it was kind of a shock. Our son was miserable and making very little progress, so we pulled him out after a few months. Many people had told us how great PS Kids was, but we weren't impressed.

Our family felt pushed from one therapist to another and from one schedule to another. If we said that the schedule didnt work well for us we were reminded that there was a wait list if didnt take it. The waiting room is crowded and often busy enough that kids manage to slip out the door. I just dont believe that they put what's in the best interest of kids over how profitable they are. Edit: we were changed 4 times in a year and a half, that many changes is hard on a child like mine and should be taken into consideration regardless of excuse. The caretakers do watch the children but the crowd combined with so much traffic in and out made a child watched by even the most attentive caretakers at risk. As the owner you would say that profit doesnt come first but that was not my experience.
