SSM Health Physical Therapy - O'Fallon - South

I have been going to physical therapy for one month at the SSM O'Fallon South site. It has a very friendly, welcoming environment. My therapist, Nina Bohn is fantastic. She explains everything well, is very patient, and explains the benefit of each stretch/exercise. She's always encouraging and kind, and very professional. The receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly when I arrive, and happy to help with scheduling appts. The app the therapist uses to send my exercises/stretches to me for home use is great. Very easy to use and follow when I'm doing my homework. I will be able to use it whenever I need it even after PT ends. I would highly recommend this site for Physical Therapy.

The entire staff is very confident and kind. Joel Dougherty (PT) went above and beyond to explain ever maneuver of my therapy. He was competent and reassuring as he manipulated my head for vertigo issues. After two sessions the vertigo was gone. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with vertigo issues.

Great location close to my house, excellent facility with new and clean equipment for rehabbing and Jacob, my PT, has excellent knowledge of my knee, my surgery and how the knee works. He's able to articulate what happens from surgery, how recovery goes and why we need to rehab it the way we do. Highly recommend this group.

The staff is very professional and you can tell they care about your progression through times of need. Since my surgery this has been the highlight of my week. Every time I show up I am curious to see my gains and improvement from two days before. What makes me feel good is when my Physical Therapist (Megan) has the same joys I do for my improvements. I highly recommend SSM Health for your physical therapy needs.

I made it to 65 years of age before I needed physical therapy, so going into it I was a little intimidated to say the least. Joel and his staff immediately began to put my mind at ease. Joel outlined his plan and assured me that if I followed it and trusted him that I would be as good as new in 8-10 weeks. I'm starting week 3 this morning and I'm both pleased and relieved at my, make that OUR progress so far. I have already told my girlfriend that she too will be a patient of Joel's after her upcoming knee replacement.

Outstanding service! By far the best Physical Therapy I've ever had. Came here initially for therapy after knee surgery. I've had this surgery twice before. SSM O'Fallon South got me going in record time! Some of the things I really like about the service here: 1. I see the same therapist at each visit. 2. The therapist is the only person I work with during the visit. 3. The operation here feels very unrushed. (At other businesses I've felt like I was in a 'factory'. 4. I feel like they understand my needs exceptionally well. All in all, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for the best in Physical Therapy!

Jacob is excellent. He explains the situations well and so someone not in the Physical Therapy profession can understand. Extremely patient and accommodating.
