Spruce Health Group - Golden

I originally went there for injection possibilities, and am still considering. But signed up for p.t. Bryan months ago twice a week, and I've gotten utmost care and attention and knowledge. He's very knowledgeable, fit and cheery, and helps me through the hard days as well as constantly moving me forward. I get his full attention throughout the hour, unlike my last p.t. experience elsewhere. All the folks there are happy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

Thankful and blessed to have an outstanding person like Stephanie to care for me. She is truly present with you in both her skills and her warm personality. Her assistant Katrina is also a pleasure and attentive to your needs. They’re the best!

I have been working with Bryan Duran, the physical therapist at Spruce Health, for a number of weeks. I am 68 years old and have a rickety knee due to degenerative arthritis. I got the gel injections first, which I had done before, so I knew they worked. I followed up with PT this time around. Bryan has given me a number of exercises to do to improve my situation. I can effortlessly go up and down stairs now without having to hang on to the railing. I have improved greatly. I am actually in better shape than I was 15 years ago. Before PT, my gait was off because I was always compensating for my bum knee. It has also helped immensely to lose weight. I highly recommend Spruce Health and Bryan Duran. Bryan is easy to work with and a very good listener.
