Sprouts Therapy Center

We love Sprouts Therapy!!! My son's occupational therapist, Mrs. K, is amazing. She loves my child, and she works hard to help him meet his goals. When you walk in the building of STC, you're warmly greeted by the sweetest front desk staff. They are always bubbly and smiling. The front rooms are always seasonally decorated, and inviting to the kids. I give Sprouts 6 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our son has been going to Sprouts since last July and we absolutely love it! The atmosphere they have created there from the front office ladies to all of the therapists in the back is unlike any other. My son loves going and we know that he is in great hands for the hour he is there! I couldn't say enough great things about Sprouts Therapy Center!

My son has attended Sprouts since he was about 6 months old. Kelsey and Sam instantly helped us understand the process of getting therapies started and were so easy to talk to and ask questions. They also helped us navigate getting Medicaid approved for our son. The entire staff is amazing and we are so thankful for their diligence with our son’s care.

I don’t know that any words can truly express the wonderful women at Sprouts, these women all treat our kiddos like their kiddos and I honestly wouldn’t trust my babies any place else. Every single therapist at sprouts has been absolutely amazing with all three of my babies, they are there to answer any and all questions and are overall truly like family ! I love all these ladies and what they do for our babies ! When you have three kiddos all in therapies you want a place that feels like home for both yourself and your babies, Sprouts and its wonderful ladies are our second home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place for your babies to receive therapies look no further than Sprouts ❤️

From the front desk ladies to the therapist these woman love our kids like their own. My daughter went from crying hysterically when away from me to telling me she's ready to go go when I tell her it's therapy day. She's also learned many tools to communicate as well as improved in her social mannerisms. I truly couldn't imagine mine and Emma's life without her therapist at sprouts they support the moms/parents just as much as the children. We will be long term clients for sure!

We absolutely love Sprouts Therapy Center! The staff is amazing and they are all so caring and kind. Bryar absolutely adores the therapists and they do so well to accommodate and make sure he feels safe and loved during aquatic therapy services. Thank you ladies for all that you do!!

My son has only been going to Sprouts for a couple of months for speech therapy, but we’re loving it! He’s adding more words & phrases to his vocabulary every day now it seems! He has a lot of fun in every session.

We really can’t say enough great things about Sprouts and all of their staff members. I came to them as a concerned mom advocating for my little girl to get the therapies I thought she might need sooner vs later. Ms. Makayla validated all of my concerns and did such a thorough speech evaluation. In fact, during her evaluation she even noted my daughter “W sitting” and recommended that she also have a physical therapy evaluation. I was so impressed by her keen awareness to pick up on that, even though it wasn’t speech related! But that just shows you the smart, super qualified, and caring employees that make up Sprouts. They treat you with such respect and it really feels like you are part of their family when you step through their doors. Everyone knows your child’s name, whether they are directly working with them or not. Mrs. Kelsey has been great to work with! As well as Ms. Banessa and Ms. Bea. Mrs. Diana and Mrs. Lillian always greet you with big smiles and are super helpful and informative when it comes to navigating things like obtaining TEFRA coverage, etc… I’m SO impressed by the progress our sweet girl has made in the few short months she’s been with Sprouts. Fort Smith (and the River Valley) is truly lucky to have this great group of specialized therapists (and their support staff!) in our community.
