The entire staff has always been very knowledgeable in assisting me with my medical needs. It is a pleasure going to Springs Rehabilitation and seeing Dr Finn or one of his PA's. his nurses to the ladies at the front desk. Everyone there is so very helpful and pleasant.

Laci is the worst MA I have ever seen in my entire career in healthcare. It is astounding to see her inadequacies of being a person and a professional. Update: so I received a letter that because I wanted to hold a medical office accountable to providing my non-opioid medication for a chronic concern, I am being discharged for ‘inappropriate behavior’. No threatening behavior was exhibited, no curse words used, no loud voice used. I am a RN myself so I know how this works. I am also a 20 year veteran who has exceptional military bearing. I was utilizing my right of self advocacy, and because she couldn’t bait me into acting erratically or embarrassing myself, she chose to falsify tales in a letter and possibly to the provider. The letter of course did not state what these ‘inappropriate behaviors’ were. In the end, this office has still failed to provide the care my insurance has paid for. I have/had a great relationship with the provider and he is/was always willing to assist. This is the first time I have run into an issue of no assistance from this office or anywhere in my healthcare journey. This is my first time ever receiving something like this, it’s a shame because my reputation and name are implying I’m of bad character. Well, thank you Springs Rehab or Capitol Pain for your ‘empathy’ and care in treating a veteran and healthcare professional who has served this community and country like a common criminal for wanting/expecting exceptional care.

Love Dr Finn. His staff is good as well. First place I’ve ever been that I did their electronic check in the day prior and they actual had all the data when I showed up for the appointment the next day.

All of the staff, from check-in staff to the MA to Dr. Finn, were great to work with. They were all helpful and professional. I am happy to have them helping me with my chronic pain treatment. Thank you all.

I had a great appointment with Dr Finn today. It was a complete opposite of the last one. I felt he listened and was concerned with my growing pain issues. Hope has been restored, we'll see in a few weeks if we're on the right track.

I have been a patient of Dr. Finn for almost a decade and have always been treated professionally and with care and concern for my physical well-being. Earlier this week, I was the last patient scheduled that day and Lakeshia, Dr. Finn's receptionist, went the extra mile and waited after-hours for me to complete my annual paperwork. Destiny who is new to the practice, carefully took all of my vital signs prior to Dr. Finn seeing me and made sure my chiropractic referral was completed before leaving. Thank you Dr. Finn and staff for improving my quality of life!

I have been going to Springs Rehab for sometime. They have been amazing! They really care about their patients and try to come up with the best treatment plan. I have a unique situation and Dr Finn has offered advice and helped me get referrals and tests too! Everyone including the front office staff and medical assistants has been the best. I highly recommend this office.,
