Springfield Clinic Effingham

Today was my first time at this clinic, and I drove an hour to get there. I was stopped by a very long train by the clinic, which caused me to be 12 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist told me they couldn't see me due to their late policy. I was very disappointed they were unwilling to work with me given the circumstances. No other patients were waiting in the lobby and I would've been fine with a shorter appointment. Things happen in life, and people are sometimes late. I appreciate businesses that are flexible and understanding.

Dr McMahon and staff are excellent. Very professional and caring.

After the clinic cancelled my appointment the second time and told me the nurse would call to set up a new appointment which never happened I called to set a new appointment the female who I was speaking with said she could fill out a ticket for the nurse I asked what that would do she replied there is no sense being rude I replied I’m not being rude that was a serious question she hung up on me

Visit was great. The doctor made a great suggestion for my eye problem. Contacts were still in my eyes and unable to take out. Returned immediately to original eye doctor to remove them. They were damaging my eye. Thank you so much.

Dr Margo is absolutely fantastic! Very personable and fun to see. We love her!

Easy to sign in. Didn't wait very long to see Melinda. Always feel at ease discussing my concerns with her an d her nurse.

My providers and their staff are great. Always helpful. Always courteous. Will take the time to answer questions. This would be 5 stars if the Lab desk had a different receptionist. Every time she is rude. Every single time.

Right now there is some wonderful staff. Such a wonderful experience starting with receptionist, nurses and caring doctors.
