Brought my dad here for physical therapy. He made it one night. I seen the carpet was dirty looking but I guess my father was forced to go to bed so the staff could watch the day room TV. They didn’t set up his cpap. He complained no one would help him pee! Not sure why this place was rated so high but damn. It maybe be right for someone but not my father! Hopefully the next place is some how better!

Overall great place for your loved ones to be taken care at, the staff is very friendly and caring and treats all the residents as family. They are always interactive with the residents by providing fun activities for them to participate in. Also arrange trips to take them on from fishing at the local community pound or to the local movie theatre to watch a good cinema. In all you will be surprised and relieved that your loved ones are in great professional hands.

Spring Creek Health and Rehab has been the best rehab I’ve been to thus far. Their administrative staff work tirelessly to ensure I get the best care possible as they interface with insurances and hospitals. Therapists Kim and Angie have worked very hard with me to achieve mobility and they will never give up on you as long as you don’t give up on yourself!

This is a clean and neat facility. All the staff treat you very well. My husband and myself have been here for rehab.

When oriented to room was shown ‘call button’. When needed, it would not work-unbeknownst to me. Nurses walking past my door ignored my loud and louder yells for help. After about 35 minutes someone came in and discovered my call button was not working. People coming into my room without name tags or introducing themselves. I was there 40+ days and linen was changed 2 times-when my daughter came down from St. Louis. Lot’s of activities for the residents. Great PT. Food better than I expected. All staff friendly. But the shining star was the Social Worker Ellen! If I needed something done she was sure it got done!

Our experience wasn't good. Food is like prison food because it is worse than school food, linens aren't changed, nothing is updated about the inside of the facility, button for the patient to push without intercom, so if it was an emergency, 20 minutes may pass before anyone would know. Gnats in the rooms, hot and stuffy, an open door at the end of one of the halls that smokers go out to smoke and the smoke drifts down the hallways. Over crowded gathering area in front for patients to watch TV. People left in wheelchairs by the front door asking guests for help. I suppose this is what happens when you're understaffed. Some staff literally looked as if they didn't want to be there and I don't blame them. It's a sad place.
