My son has been going for 7 years to this center and everyone there are so friendly, compassionate and caring. They have a great team.👏We are so happy with the services and I appreciate all the genuine dedication they have for my 13 year old. He has progressed in so many ways. I always see Them as angels guiding these special kids. Kudos to Ms Val, Ms Steph,Ms Melissa and Mr CJ. Thank you so much for being there in this journey 🙏 ❤️ 💛 💖 😇☺️

My son is 6 and he is autistic, he started attending SPOT for OT and speech therapy when he was 3. He was nonverbal and Apraxia of speech was what his pediatrician mentioned at some point. Let me start off by saying my son would not be where he is at if it wasn’t for all the therapists and staff that have worked with him at SPOT! I have always said it they are our Earth Angels! Every single person, from the therapists (Shannon, Stephanie, Samantha, Cassidy) to name a few, the receptionist when assisting with insurance nightmares, even the doggies at Spot, I mean EVERYONE at SPOT has had a positive impact on my son’s progress. He was able to attend VPK just a year into therapy and is now thriving in school! I was heart broken not knowing if he would be able to experience school with his speech delay and behaviors. SPOT changed my son’s life and mine as well, they gave me so much hope when I was broken with his diagnosis, I was lost and didn’t know how to help him. My son is attending school and any concerns I have the therapists have always been there to help me and give me suggestions. If there is one place I would highly recommend for therapy it’s SPOT Therapies Associates, they are loving and caring people, they love my son and it shows, he is one happy boy when he knows we are going to SPOT. Thank you SPOT from the bottom of our hearts and keep changing lives!

SPOT Therapy Associates are nothing but the best! It’s my kids second home. My kids love coming here and seeing everyone! My children have been attending therapy here for years and have been making amazing gains. You’ll get nothing but the best here! From the amazing owner to the skilled office staff and extraordinary therapist. It’s nothing but amazing! I have never once felt left out or unaware of what was happening in the therapy sessions. The therapist are amazing and love the kids like they are their own. They take pride in knowing your child and becoming apart of their lives. They are very knowledgeable and give amazing advice and guidance. I personally couldn’t have done the special needs parent journey without them! We owe everything to Jen and her staff!

Terrible office manager. Therapists completely lack empathy. I always hear crying when I call or show up. Waste of time and money - every time I tried to check on my kid they said NO and each time I snuck back, he was always in a swing while the therapist played with her phone. I gave this place months and they failed in every way. Don’t even get me started on the absence policy! Absurd! The therapists will lie on your discharge paperwork as well. I tried to contact the OM but she never returned my calls. Never will I trust these people again, and neither should YOU.

The office manager and I have a dispute between whether or not I paid a copay for one of my daughter’s appointments. I paid $50 cash when I dropped my daughter off at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 30th. but they say that I never paid. I should have gotten a receipt emailed but they didn’t. I think someone there just pocketed the money. The office told me that they have video cameras but refuse to show me evidence. Also, they are threatening to send this to collections. So they would rather pay money to send this issue to collections and lose a patient in the process and thereby lose business (because we obviously aren’t coming back) then to just review the video footage and be proven wrong. I am not sure if it’s an ego thing or if they are just being shady and trying to get me to pay an extra $50 but either way it’s a shame.

Amazing therapy center and staff! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. The therapists truly care about each child and it shows. My daughter has been coming to Spot for about one year and it has completely changed her life! I would absolutely recommend Spot therapy to anyone who is considering getting any extra assistance for their child’s needs. Very good experience!

My young child has been going to Spot Therapy for several months for OT and PT and we love it. Therapists are caring and loving to my child. You can watch the sessions to make you feel at ease. Office staff is kind. Place is clean and seems well taken care of.

My son has been with the clinic for about a year and a half, and has made huge strides with the help of his amazing therapists at SPOT. Each staff member has made us feel special and quick to answer any and all questions that we may have. Even with the uncertainty of the pandemic, the therapists were able to come up with ways to accommodate our schedule and my son's needs. Very happy with our experience!
