Staff is great. Lesley is very knowledgeable and has put a great plan in place to help improve my shoulder mobility due to frozen shoulder. In just a few weeks my shoulder has improved significantly. I’ve got my trust in them to see it through despite my grumbling at Eli when new hard exercises are added as I progress. Highly recommend SportsCare PT!

I was referred to SportsCare in White Plains by my physician, and couldn't have been happier with the experience! The entire staff is professional and attentive. I primarily worked with Abey, who listened to my concerns and put together a custom program that immediately improved my symptoms. For context, I had previously worked with a couple other physical therapists without such success. The facility is clean, with state-of-the-art equipment for stretching and rebuilding strength; it's a comfortable environment with plenty of space. To top it all off, everyone is so friendly! Sometimes physical therapy can feel like a chore, but the team at SportsCare makes it fun (without sacrificing the focus on results). Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sportscare. I was referred by a friend and was so glad I went! I worked with everyone from the owner to students and every single experience was exceptional. This is a rarity these days! Everyone from reception to the PT staff was friendly, professional, efficient, and effective. The location is great, their space is clean and inviting with up to date equipment. There is plenty of parking and a cafe downstairs. Most importantly I got great results, above and beyond my expectations, and will go back if I ever need services again!!
