SportsCare Physical Therapy Waldwick

Kristin and staff have been amazing in treating some back and shoulder pain and we are only a week into treatment. Would highly recommend their facility in Waldwick and particularly Kristins professionalism.

Kristen is an amazing physical therapist. She is well diverse in women’s health. During my pregnancy she was able to ease my pain and discomfort with various techniques and taping. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful experience with PT here after shoulder surgery. Kristen is caring and thoughtful, and she put together a great rehab program that helped me reach my goals. The office is also very clean; the staff clearly takes making it a safe place for PT very seriously. Highly recommended.

SportsCare Physical Therapy in Waldwick is outstanding for one’s physical therapy needs. As the Director of Physical Therapy, Kristin Faigle, is knowledgeable, personable, encouraging, optimistic, positive, empathetic and caring when providing direct “hands on” interventions. At the same time she is personally treating you, typing progress notes on her computer, or watching an assistant with other patients, she is peering out of the corner of her eye to make sure patients working on their own to complete their individualized routines are doing so correctly. Kristin is a “find” and a pleasure to work with. Both my husband and I have been patients of Kristin in prior years. Assistant Caroline, I believe the only assistant I have worked with too, is equally supportive, competent and friendly. With Kristin at the helm she no doubt is gaining skills, protocols and high standards to aptly provide PT services as she seeks her certification. Rounding out the TEAM is the efficient and cheerful front door receptionist, Dominque, who, during early morning hours, greets you with a smile, a good word going and leaving, and organizes your appointments. Corporate has been accommodating in accepting my insurance. I want to add, that on another note, with the ramifications of Covid still lingering, the office appears exceptionally clean with staff adhering to whatever protective precautions they could put in place. Terrific and pleasant place. Kristen Faigle, director of PT, is encouraging, extremely attentive, and effective. She gets to the root of problems and answers questions in an accessible, helpful way. The staff follows her lead. SportsCare is physical therapy the way it's supposed to be.
