SportsCare Physical Therapy is the best! The team of expert physical therapists, PT aides, and front desk staff are awesome. My experience from the beginning to the end has been pleasant, personable, and productive. Dr. Jeff and Brian worked together collaboratively and consistently to provide the physical therapy and quality of service and support I needed to regain strength, mobility, and flexibility in my shoulder. They were patient, professional, and persistent in delivering health, wellness, and results. When I felt discouraged, they comforted me with kind and encouraging words, compassion, good conversation, and assurance. Dr. Jeff and Brian consistently provided me with detailed explanations of the shoulder anatomy, healing process, and the push I needed to show up for therapy and achieve results. I stayed the course! And my shoulder has recovered and is functioning again. I love the team dynamics here at SportsCare Physical Therapy. Before I came to this facility my shoulder was in pain with weakness and very little mobility. It affected my performance as a pitcher and made it painful to do everyday things as well. Dr Sami Khan recommended Sports Care to me, and over the past few months of coming here my arm is back to full mobility. It’s been years since my arm has had this little pain when throwing a baseball, and I’m now on track again to play college ball. Thank you Dr. Jeff for all of your help and I wish you guys the best.

The team working in the Duluth facility were professional and helped me gain full range of movement after rotator cuff surgery. After Justin evaluated my left arm, he started a program of exercises that brought my arm to a comfort level that I have not experienced in over 7 months. This whole team is a staff of miracle workers! I royally messed up my knee (MCL, ACL and meniscus - the trifecta!) This team has gone above and beyond both pre- and post-op, keeping in alignment with my doctor's orders, to make sure I understand the dynamics of my treatment plan and what is needed to ensure full recovery. My surgery was complex, but with saintly patience and dedication, the whole team treats me like my recovery is the most important thing to them. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Do understand that you are also personally responsible for how well you recover - do your PT exercises, even when they hurt or you don't want to! This team knows what they are doing and will get you back on your way to your pre-injury self in no time!

I had been struggling and trying to manage lower back pain with sciatica issues for quite some time... finally, when I couldn't even walk up and down stairs without the surprise shooting pain down my thighs and into my knees... I knew I had to get it checked out. Since, I did not have herniated discs or tears or breaks or spurs or nerve issues before... it meant that I had to go through PT sessions. The PTs, the techs, the staff at SportsCare Therapy of Johns Creek are professionals. They asked a whole slew of questions around timelines, activities, what starts the pain, how I sleep, and so on... for my case, there were muscle groups attachaching from lumbar to sacral area, as well as from pelvic peak and onto pelvic base that were super tight and causing my L3 and L4 to always be scrunched. Through a varied stretch, activate, ice, lift, deep massage, and dry-needling, the professionals at SportsCare PT were able to get those muscle groups to slowly release. Be ready, in our minds we think 6 or 7 sessions... but, in reality, it may take 11-12 visits with active monitoring and work. I am so thankful to them... and, know they know what they're doing!

I had to give a shout-out to Dr. Jeff Lewandowski and his summer student KJ at SportsCare PT. I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain since December, and they’ve been total lifesavers. Dr. Jeff sat me down on day one and broke down what's been causing my pain and laid out a detailed plan to get me back on track. No medical jargon, just plain English. The treatment was spot-on, and I've gotta say, KJ is something special. KJ's got a bright future in this field, and I hope they keep him around. If you've got any pains or aches, I highly recommend giving them a visit. These folks know what they're doing, and they treat you like family. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brian Denmark is my physical therapist. He is highly knowledgeable, very patient, and extremely skilled. I have seen dramatic improvements under his care. I recommend him very highly. (PS: He was also my daughter’s physical therapist with the same great results!)
