I’ve been going to get work done by Emma since the beginning of her career, and for a good reason. She knows what she’s doing. Not only is she passionate and knowledgeable, she has the experience of being a long time athlete and thriving in the strength sports world. I live a physically demanding work life as a construction worker, and Emma always finds what my body needs. I always leave Casita feeling better and more motivated to take care of my body. If you’re in the LA area, you’re definitely missing out if you haven’t seen her yet. Thank you Emma!!

I LOVE coming to Emma - it’s like a spa experience every month. She pampers me with THE BEST massage - like the deep tissue kind that really gets into your knots. I’ve done the ice bath, Therabody recovery boots, and I always leave with a yummy snack. Thank you Emma for making self care fun!

Emma is the best! We are so grateful we found Casita Wellness. My husband and I both have chronic pain from year of west and tear coaching & playing sports. We have gone to chiropractors, acupuncture, massage and were always looking for something else, thankfully this past August we found Emma! The service that Emma provides goes beyond simple relaxation, she's incredibly knowledgeable about pain management and has always helped me to get back on track when I'm recovering from an injury. I trust Emma completely, plus the space has a very relaxed and nice atmosphere. It's such an enjoyable experience, I would be there every day if I could.
