I haven't had an appointment yet, but this review is solely on my experience with the woman who runs the phones. She is very unprofessional and rude. I called inquiring about the facility and had questions on insurance and how to schedule an appointment. She had a bad attitude and acted like I was asking dumb questions. She had no interest in helping me. She eventually put me on hold, so I took that as my sign to hang up. I decided to go elsewhere.

This place is the best. The quality of care is top notch. The entire team from the front door to all the trainers take the time to personalize my experience and recovery. Big shout out to Chris and Tiffany! They have been amazing! Thanks you all for getting me back on my feet faster than I was expecting.

I am so thankful for Tyler here at Sports Rehab!! I came in with a lower back injury and muscle imbalances, and now for the first time in literally a decade, I have no back pain! I play a lot of volleyball, and could never play two days in a row, and now, I can!! I can’t recommend him and the rest of the staff enough. Thank you!

I was doing PT at another place and hit a plateau, so switched to Chris / this facility and started making quicker improvements. Parking is super easy and free, which last place wasn’t, and it’s not super crowded so I feel better in times of covid. I am happy with my treatment plan, I feel like I have a good number of exercises to do outside of PT but also get a lot of value from our sessions including from dry needling. I am going for a neck issue, and had an unrelated hip issue that Cris gave me some exercises for and that helped a lot. Chris listens to my updates/ progress and adapts as needed. I’m thankful for the progress I have made with her.

Amazing. Best PTs I’ve ever worked with.

I had visited this place for about 2 months. I didn't feel it's getting better. My therapist and assistant didn't pay attention to me while I did the work of my exercises. Things got even worse after my therapist did massage on me. I told her I feel pain so much but she didn't listen and just went on. I went back to see my doctor and I switched to another PT place, and there, I got much better, like magic. My new therapist evaluated me thoroughly, taught me new workouts that are different from what I learned from the previous place. Can you believe I was suffering for 2 months and with just one week, I'm feeling good?

Unfortunately, I've spent FAR too much time at the Sports Rehab Center, but whenever I break, they always seem to get me working again. Liz Swift helped rehab me after my first shoulder surgery and Chris Olson got me back rock climbing again after my second shoulder surgery (and fixed me after a slew of other "minor" injuries too). Everyone on staff here is great and I honestly looked forward to PT every day it was scheduled. PT doesn't feel good - so that's saying something! I highly recommend the Sports Rehab Center and, personally, wouldn't go anywhere else in Atlanta.

Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist are excellent at this facility. Michelle, therapist and Jasmine, assistant, have done an excellent job with my recovery program. I've not cured yet, however, well on the road to being normal. My thanks to Sports Rehabilitation Center for an excellent job.
