The Spine Nurse, (Lisa) that I spoke with the other day was SO helpful. She had so much compassion for my complicated spine and hip situation. I got further with her on one 10 minute phone appointment than I have in the last three months at Loma Linda!! I am so thankful for her listening skills and for not being afraid to address more than one issue at once in one appointment. Thank you so much, Lisa for caring and for making this patient feel heard. First time I’ve felt hopeful for a successful recovery process all year.

My 15year old son was seen here for his fractured clavicle. We got an appointment right away. Office was clean. Front desk girls very nice. Dr Nayyar was amazing! Answered my questions and explained to me what was going on with my son. Felt a bit of relief after talking with him. Once my son is fully healed I will feel much better. Great office all around!

Doctors seem fantastic Communication is horrible. It’s much faster going into office. Texting program has lots of problems. Staff is really good. Lady in the billing department helped me with some things. But couldn’t answer some of my questions. She sent a message to the one coordinating my surgery. 10-16-24. Now waiting on office to call me. On day 8 waiting for answer.

They always take their time and not in a hurry to see you and get you out. The staff is wonderful, smiling, kind, very respectful and make you feel like you’re important, which is really nice when you’re not feeling well. When a decision is made they move forward at hyperspeed to take care of your problem. My wife and I both highly recommend them.

I walked in with a Painful knee and Dr Nayyar helped me out!! I love the speedy service. The quality of care from the Staff members! Thanks Alex! And I wish ALL medical facilities were as efficient and non-stressed as this place is. Then a Bus load of Senior Citizens walked in as I was leaving and I gave them a 👍🏼’s Up! Keep up the Great Work Y’all !!!

Dr nayyar and his nurse practioner and very professional and did a great job on my husband total knee replacment … pain level is at a1 after surgery amazing highly recommened Dr Samir nayyar

The office is extremely clean and the office staff are some of the nicest people I have met in recent years. NP Franco was extremely knowledgeable and graciously listened to all of my questions and concerns. I am so happy to have found this orthopedic practice. I'd say I'm looking forward to my knee replacement but am not. I am only looking forward to my next interaction with the team.
