I have had pain for at least 8 years in my low back. I have had 2 failed surgeries trying to fix this problem. 5 years of traditional physical therapy unlike Dr. Whelton’s program. At least 10-12 injections, chiros. It took 2 months and now I can sit in my car pain free, able to sleep, walk pain free which I could not do before!

I suffered with back pain for more than ten years. It started with a kind of stiffness when I did gardening or pulling weeds where I hurt trying to stand up after any bent over kinds of activities. It slowly got worse so even just standing in one place to do my work was painful and just a few months after that I couldn’t even lay in bed on my side without pain. Was like a crunchy sensation in my sacrum and left hip. I spent a few months going to a chiropractor which did a little help but the pain just kept returning and I needed more help. I found Dr. Whelton on YouTube and was so excited that his office was local for me! On my first visit he was able to see what was wrong with my sacrum and I began doing the exercises he recommended. After just a few days I was noticing relief! So awesome to be free from the pain! I’ve just finished my last appointment and I am so pleased to be able to live without the pain now. If you have lower back pain you should go see him because his methods absolutely work. I can’t thank him enough!

My wife showed me Dr. Whelton’s page on Facebook. Was super skeptical at first as I didn't see anyone relieving me of my back pain i had been enduring for almost 10 years and knowing how many doctors visits and all the medications I had taken over the years and still wasn’t pain free By my 3rd visit I had no more pain! I should be done with my 8 weeks but haven’t been consistent bc of work and life but almost done. Still pain free and feeling awesome. I cannot believe Dr. Whelton did what so many others couldn’t. I was considering surgery at one point which would have been a major mistake. I rarely write reviews, let alone lengthy ones like this but I truly want those who suffer like I did to understand Dr. Whelton’s methods truly work. I hope anyone struggling like I did for so long will give him a chance to fix you like he did me!

After 6 years plus of ongoing low back pain and getting no relief from injections chiro PT still no relief from pain. It got to the point that walking a block was impossible. After doing some research I came across Dr. Whelton and his methodology. I decided to schedule a consultation and after the first session I had immediate relief and with ongoing exercises that he taught I am pain free. I also know how fix myself if this condition happens again he taught me!

I had back pain for 3 months, I tried chiropractic, yoga, PT and saw my MD nothing worked I am a high school basketball player and I couldn’t run or play. I could only jump 2 inches without massive pain. I found Dr. Whelton online and now just like he said in 6 weeks my SI joint dysfunction is gone! I am back to dunking pain free and he taught me how to fix it on my own if it ever happens again!
