Sport & Rehab Physical Therapy

This has been my first direct experience with physical therapy and I have been very impressed with this facility. It is well-equipped and clean, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. At each appointment they take the time to assess your situation and listen to your feedback, and are quick to accommodate any needs you have based on that. I saw nearly immediate improvement in my situation with the exercises they have chosen for me and most are ones I can accomplish at home as well. It is fortunate that such a high quality physical therapy center is located in Los Banos and is so accessible with quick and easy scheduling.

I had a knee replacement, and I was a very active person. I didn't anticipate how emotionally and physically tough the recovery would be having to slow down. I come out of every session feeling stronger and in high spirits. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Sports and Rehab Physical Therapy! The environment is something you can't beat and the dedication they have to build my strength back up is priceless.

The PT's here are very attentive and knowledgeable, I am a T3 complete and I have gained much strength and mobility from my visits here. The program is dynamic and precise for my needs Jonathan and Mary-Lu keep track of progress diligently and adjust the program as needed to continue gaining progress, the front desk staff is very friendly and kind always greeting the clients with a warm hello and attentive to their questions and needs. I especially am so grateful that when there is no wheelchair accessible parking spots Alicia makes herself available to assist in getting me into the session and securing my vehicle, above and beyond care here at Sports and Rehab. Thank you Scott, and Paula for all you do for me and for what I see the staff do for all the clients that walk through their doors.

The therapists are amazing. Veronica in aquatics is patient and friendly. Makes the therapy enjoyable even though its tough. I would have rated 5 stars but the receptionsts can be rude. Some wouldn't even aknowledge me when I entered or exited the premises. The last experience I had over the phone was very unprofessional. I tried to reschedule an appointment and she would not let me. Told me to wait impatiently like I was bothering her. I called a 4 days in advance which is well before thier 24hr cancellation policy. Not all of the receptionists are impolite. There are few that are still professional and friendly.

I absolutely love going to physical therapy here. Gorgeous facility, friendly staff who care. Office also friendly and on top of it! I’m disabled and am so forgetful and they call me to set appointments if I forget. Really great physical therapy!!!

We are so impressed by the care and talent our son has received at Sport & Rehab Physical Therapy. The therapists and assistants take amazing care of Luke and his individual needs. Physical Therapy is extremely hard, but they make it engaging for our son and challenge him every day.

I had a good experience at this place. They helped me with getting my ankle better. The staff are great and nice. They took the time to get to know me while I was there. I am going to be going back to them so they can help me with my back issues.

I loved my Physical Therapist he was so nice and attentive. BUT I asked the front desk receptionist/scheduler what my co-pay was 3 times PRIOR to my appointment. Even when I got there they still didn't tell me. When I finished they told me it was $150 evaluation fee and then my follow up appointments I would pay my copay of $75. Never had I had an "evaluation fee".
