Sport Ortho Urgent Care - Murfreesboro North

Went here for a MRI, results came back and they called me in to review it. Later got the bill and I called in asking for them to explain the charges to me. They never could, I have called a few times asking for an explanation and they told me they would get back to me. A few weeks have gone by and they have now sent the bill to collections. the “Dr” we saw was very rude and no help at all, this place will just take your money and not do anything to truly help you when in pain.

What a wonderful physical therapy department the staff are amazing, so accommodating. My daughter has a challenging disability and they do everything to help her and make her visits amazing. Nicole, Melissa, Tony, Ashley …. (All staff) are the BEST….. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff is fun and friendly! Every single person has been great! Melissa really listens and strives to gives you the best care possible. The physical therapists are very thoughtful and each try different things to help you feel better. I recommend Sports Ortho 100%!

I feel genuinely cared for by all the staff that has assisted me. I hurt my rotator cuff back in January and it’s progressively gotten worse over the months. I have been avoiding seeing any specialist due to bad experiences with other establishments. A special thanks to Melissa and Ashley for making me feel important and cared for. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I just completed physical therapy with Lonnell and Jada. They have been the best to work with. They made every session so fun even on the days it was hard to push through the pain. I am so grateful for the both of them and all they did to help me get better.

I have been going to PT here for weeks now and all I have to say is they are amazing. I have been seeing Jada and she is FANTASTIC. She’s patient, kind, knowledgeable and very great at her job. I have shown so much improvement in my mobility. The whole environment is so great. They have relaxing music and great vibes every day. Nicole is so positive and cares deeply about the patients and their experience (she’s even learning Spanish so she could can give her all her patients the best personal experience she can). Lannel has the most contagious smile. I 10000% recommend Sport Ortho to anyone in middle Tennessee 🥰

Sport Ortho is COMPLETELY incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. They refused to send over my xrays, waited an entire month to get my referral appointment. Then, when I show up for my referral appointment, they don’t even work on my issue and cannot help me. Why would you refer me to a doctor that does NOT specialize in this and cannot help me? Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Sport Ortho.

Melissa and the staff there are so warm and friendly. They make every procedure, test, ect the best experience they can for you. Customer care is definitely their number one. I've been several times myself not only to the medical side but the physical therapy side as well. The exact same can be said about them. They are tough for sure but have your best interest in mind and they never push you harder than they are aware of what you can handle. The entire staff at the Memorial Blvd location is simply amazing, myself and my family love them all for sure especially my daughter. Much thanks and love to them for everything.

Love Love LOVE Melissa and her beautiful assistant! I went in for a lower back issue and she looked at the whole picture! Saw my psoriasis and how bad it was and got me help for that, and NEVER rushed me out to get on to other patients. This place, especially Melissa and her assistant is just the BEST!! You will not be disappointed. If you have a problem they will help you and you won't be rushed or treated like they don't care, because they SURE do!!
