Always professional, I work with Walter every Monday, he is always coming up with new way of challenging me and improving my hip and body function, the team works closely together and feed of eachothers ideas. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and would recommend Walter and the whole staff to anyone looking for a physical therapist!

I am extremely excited to start my Physical Therapy. My Physical therapist is absolutely amazing !!! Cassidy is out going and super easy to talk to. Shes a great listener and understands the issues I’m having. I explained the issues I was having per her response “we will work on ALL of it”which was awesome to hear. I’ve also had some assistance from David he’s super nice & helpful. All the staff here at this location have been amazing & helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!!!!

From the very beginning I was happy with the warm reception that I received, for my first time at Spooner's. Well mannered, very professional and very knowledgeable for my current situation after knee replacement surgery!! I would definitely recommend Spooner's at the highest level for anyone's physical therapy needed!!

This is by far the best Physical Therapist I've been to. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cassidy in particular was such a wonderful therapist who helped me tremendously with my hip recovery. I learned so much about my body and how to prevent future injuries. I would recommend them for anyone who needs physical therapy - especially for sports related injuries.

Knowledgeable staff, they are very helpful with explanation and guidance of each exercise and the implementation of them. The hand and mechanical massage work is excellent. I feel the whole process is (5-Star) and has my heart-felt YEAH.

Natalie is my OT and I am VERY lucky to have found her. (I've worked with Paige as well and she's amazing too) I came to Spooner in May 2024, just 2 months after being in the hospital for an extreme case of Rhabdo (caused by a fall). I had significant muscle and nerve damage and could barely walk. Being a lover of fitness, I was really struggling physically and mentally from being out of the gym for so long. What I look for in a PT/OT is someone who can push me harder than I push myself, someone who will adjust the program based on how I'm feeling, and can help educate me on my injuries. Natalie is extremely smart! She has helped me understand nerve pain in a new light and her methods have made huge differences in my daily pain scale. I was a solid 8 in May, and now I'm about a 4. She has used cupping, dry needling, and nerve stimulating exercises to help my foot feel anything other than "chronic pain". I truly love going to Spooner and Natalie has been great to talk to about my accident. Not just the physical aspect of my injuries, but the overall trauma I can't deny that this caused. (a large part of this process is learning to conquer my fear of falling again. Natalie has helped me work through the fear and will call me out when I tell her "I don't think I can do something because I fell in the hospital trying to do something similar." She will constantly remind me.."you are a long way from the hospital now, you are stronger...you can do this!" And she's been right every time. THANK YOU SPOONER!! Also shout out to Abby and Nick for being great techs who I love working out with. And another shout out to the front desk team who are SO friendly and have made me feel like I'm with family. Thank you Yael, Nyah, Kelley, and Katelynn)

Because of my physical therapy at Spooner Phoenix. My sciatica is not hurting. I can walk, sit & stand with out pain. I don't have to take pain meds every day. The people there are great.
