Kelsey is a spectacular physical therapist. She got to the root of my problems and built plan to get me healthy. She was knowledgeable, punctual, kind and definitely helped me stay motivated. I have been treated at other physical therapy locations (not Spooner locations) and Kelsey was far and beyond the others. As an added bonus, her tech Paulina was equally kind and kept me motivated.

Amy S. From Spooner Physical Therapy is amazing! After 3 years of being in constant pain she was able to figure out what my real issues were and I can’t believe how good it feels to feel good! And actually feel again!! I highly recommend her before considering surgery or other alternatives. She has changed my life!! Thank you Amy!!

I’ve been having hip pain for a few years now and I’ve gone to different PT places and hardly any of them focused on what my need was and what I was asking for. I had two different people one being a PT from another facility recommend Spooner, I figured I can try another PT facility? Thank God for Spooners, their wonderful PT Anika has been Caring and listening to my need As well as putting a plan together with agreement, so far with her expertise, my hip pain has reduced about 30%. I am so grateful for this because I leave there feeling good. I also have to mention the staff is very attentive and I absolutely love finishing up my PT session using their vibration platform machine. Thank you so much, Spooners! I highly recommend you!

What a great experience for a physical therapy session! The staff is fantastic! They make you work but they want to make you better. They are very patient and listen to the patients' frustration, complaints and thoughts. They are there to help and take the patient from pain to a life without pain. They succeed when we succeed!

Very positive experience with my breast cancer PT Julie at Spooner on 40 St and Greenway. I got axillary web syndrome (cording) from lymph node removal. She and her assistant Jovana worked with me to fix the problem. Julie is an expert in breast cancer area. She’s very knowledgeable and skilled. Both very personable and made coming in a pleasant experience.

Sarah Gerhard is the one to see for pelvic floor therapy. She really listens to you. Is great at explanations that give you a visual that is easy to understand & adapts the program to meet your individual needs.

Cannot recommend the physical therapists enough however the billing department left me feeling extremely frustrated. I was originally quoted at $20 a session as a copay. I clarified as I have a high deductible plan and anticipated a higher cost. I was assured it would be a $20 copay. After completion of my last session I was told the insurance was returning a higher bill on my end. The clinic manager and I were able to negotiate a lower price with the assurance I could go on a payment plan to help with affordability. The billing office then told me I was responsible for over $700 more if I could not pay in full. The lack of transparency about pricing was very frustrating and I cannot recommend that someone seek care there.
