Great customer service. Awesome friendly staff that will assist each other as well as the patient. My physical therapy is to recover my strength, endurance and muscle mass that I immediately loss in 4 weeks due to be diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcino of Lung. I was a healthy active individual that worked out daily, golf on the weekend. And you can see the before and after photo.

Aria Mathews made me feel comfortable right away. The reception staff welcomes you and remembers your name. If you are looking for a great PT office, and especially Pelvic Health physical therapist, I highly recommend the Spooner North Mesa office.

I recently had a right reverse total shoulder replacement. I chose to go to Spooner North Mesa, and from the beginning I have received nothing but first class physical therapy treatment from them! They are the best!

It is remarkable. I couldn't have asked for or imagined better treatment. Wonderful people, very caring, professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was amazing, I entered the facility in huge pain, walking with a cane. They scheduled me early for the next morning. I had my Ortho specialist clinical exam evaluation and treatment plan. My PC Dylan Miles listened well to my pain history. Asked me to do simple movements and observed my posture to evaluate and concluded a treatment plan. Started with exercises with close observation. Recommended home exercises to be done if I could. In my next and following visits the treatment escalated and changed following my pain intensity. In my fourth visit I walked in without the cane. I became better with the continuous care and guidance. I appreciate all that they have done. My special thanks to the front desk ladies, all the staff members, Dylan and Zac. I am happy and lucky to have met you. Thanks again for everything.

The team here is great! My therapist is awesome. I’ve seen improvements already after a few treatments. From the moment you walk in they treat you like they have known you for years. Very professional and great customer service.

I scored Spooner Physical Therapy a perfect 5 Star review due to the care I've received with the physical therapist (PT), technicians, and front office team, The front office team, Laura and Karen, always greet every patient with a smile, respect, and professionalism. Laura was very helpful with getting me setup and flexible in scheduling appointments at the times I've needed them. They are open early which really helps with my schedule. My main PTA is Ryan and lead tech Leah. They have taken such great care of me from being attentive to my physical challenges and finding solutions to help me improve and get better than I was when starting at their facility. Spooner PT even has an online tool to assist with completing at home exercises, which is very helpful. Watching the videos to ensure I am doing the exercises correctly at home rather than having to utilize the paper printouts (which they gave me those, just in case) each time has been great. I've had a long healing journey and I've gotten tired of seeing specialist. Ryan and Leah make it less daunting and I tremendously appreciate the care they've taken with me. Spooner PT is the best facility that I've come into contact with. They take care of their equipment, it's been a clean environment, and their building is always kept in order. Even during this pandemic, they've been able to space patients out so there's not many in the facility at one time and we've all worn our masks, every time. I've also seen other members of their team, Joey (PT), Alex (tech), Annouskka (PT) and her tech Aria. The excellent standard of care translates through all of them. I appreciate their assistance and care during this time in my life and can't thank them enough for walking me through this process. God surely gives you what you need and the people you need right on time. I am truly thankful! What's cool about this site is they all interact very kind with their patients, have themed days, they even dress in the same colors and themes on different occasions which creates a light environment given the heaviness of the ailments of us as patients. My physical therapy at Sooners has been a positive experience and the staff is all friendly. My therapist Alaina listens to my concerns and has me on a full recovery plan.

The staff there are so friendly and thoughtful!! They offer me breaks and drinks of water. And they make sure I don't push myself too hard. I love this place!! HIGHLY recommend!
