Best physical therapy office by far! I got into a car accident in December 2017 where I broke both of my wrists. My left wrist was far worse (surgery required) and when I first started PT about a week and a half after surgery, I could barely move either wrist and left thumb at all. The progress I saw every week, week after week, was so encouraging and motivating and now I’ve graduated PT far before I thought I would and I’m feeling excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, gentle, and a true pleasure to work with. They helped me with everything I needed and really took my personal needs into consideration when we would work my wrists and arms, especially since I had a few special circumstances. I wouldn’t be as far in my healing process without Jana & Jenn. I’m truly grateful for the Northside office!

I'm a current patient being seen for my shoulder due to lasting side effects of Chemotherapy. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm a health care professional myself, and think they are doing a great job customizing a plan of care that not only fits my physical needs, but was also explained at an appropriate level. I would highly recommend this clinic for Neurological and orthopedic conditions affecting upper extremities.

The therapists are wonderful but one of the girls at the front desk is really hard to deal with. She is extremely rude and has no problem making you feel stupid. It's really sad because I like the place otherwise. But her rudeness last year and this year is enough for me to seek help elsewhere. I wish they would see the need to treat patients with the respect they deserve. I wish they would hire someone at the front desk that has patience and kindness towards those of us seeking help for our pain.

Therapists are so kind and caring. They genuinely ask you how you're doing and really listen to what you say. The therapy techniques are effective, and fun. The warm corn husk machine is awesome! Truly Great experience... 5 stars..! Very glad I was referred here.

Today this business has a creepy guy posted in the parking lot. His job is to run you off, if you are trying to get a pair of eclipse glasses at the Spokane Eye Clinic. Even though the lot was 90% empty, he told me I could not park there. It's only for THEIR CUSTOMERS. I verified with the Spokane Occupational & Hand staff, yes they put him there. They didn't need the parking spots, and they did not want anyone using them to get eye protection. Great Public Relations folks.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with all aspects of this practice. The OTs, assistants and front office are very good at what they do. Respectful, empathetic and very skilled. If you want to make real progress in a non threatening, fun environment, this is your place.

Love this place!!! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly helpful people. All of the OT's and assistants are knowledgeable and skilled with treatments. The front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating when scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
