I quit going there after 3 good years. terrible experience with Melissa on 1st meet with her she was derogatory and snarky and unprofessional, all in front of her trainee. beyond a horrible experience with her. so now they wont let me continue assisted maintenance, which I paid double price for the help. said I didn't meet their "protocols ". even with 3 managers involved it didn't matter. after 5 1/2 years of my back injury, I know my limitations, and I'm not willing to reinjure myself just because they wont assist me with the equipment. now I'm at another place with great service and training and assistance whenever I need it, at no extra charge.

My intake and eval by Dr John Love was great, very thorough, this is my second or third time with Spinezone to correct issues, my first time at this location. My Physical Therapist Cheyenne Denning has been awesome. She's been amazing at explaining, demonstrating and teaching me how to do what's needed, and is very good at listening to my feedback, taking notes and incorporating/recalling progress and changes from prior visits. I very much look forward to continuing work with Cheyenne and Spinezone on getting back to where I need to be physically, which also helps the mental. Thank you. Also, front desk staff to be commended at coordination and helpful with scheduling.
I worked with Betty in Encinitas and she was really great! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. She went out of her way to find out more information regarding my issues and explained them to me in a manner that I could fully understand. She is very good and you are lucky to have someone like her working in your organization!
Found the SpineZone Virtual online program to be very helpful. When I started I had low back pain and sciatica. When I ended the 6 week program, I was pain free. Found the people that worked with me, Tiffany and Shariane, to be super responsive. If I had questions any time of week, they were back to me with answers. If I had problems with an exercise assignment, they explained how to do it and do it safely. I would definitely recommend SpineZone.
I was in horrible pain for over 2 weeks and after two visits to Spine Zone and being consistent with their exercise program I started to feel stronger and my pain began to subside....mostly. I have degeneration issues that will never go away but the great therapists @ Spine Zone taught me how to handle the pain when it hits and what exercises to concentrate on. I loved it so much I am signing up for their maintenance program as it is totally worth it to stay out of pain!!
Very good at what they do. Had some new machines to help in Strengthening back and neck not normally found at gyms. good program and easy to deal with.
Not until it was explained to me by Betty Tran of Spine Zone, did I realize the muscles involved in - therefore to focus on her prescribed exercises, to alleviate my right back-to-leg pain b/c of, most likely, lower back arthritis which to my surprise I was diagnosed with but now after a few weeks with the prescribed exercises, which I think undoubtedly helped, I am able to walk normally again w/h a walker or a stick.
Great listeners - they tailor the exercises to the issues
