Sooo my Dr.Radu is amazing , one of her front staff is just the absolute worst . She has an attitude about everything , shes rude if your early and shes rude if your late . She always seems to have an issue with me . It's sad, the other young girl is very nice and Dr.Radu is amazing .... just if I could go with out seeing the other girl. I wouldn't mind at all... DO NOT COME EARLY , IVE GOTTEN TO SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR AS OTHER PATIENTS WENT PAST ME..

I've visited them three times for my back pain, and the procedure has been successful every time. The medical staff are friendly, understanding, and very professional.

TLDR: Great med professionals, I actually really appreciate their service. The low rating is all because payments. The front desk presented a stressful/headache of a situation. The front desk made a payment mistake, that sounded simple to fix but just got worse/stressful. Also at times you have to ask a question multiple times in order to get a correct answer. But anyways what happened was, it started with a payment that got processed incorrectly, to having to find out by a sudden phone call with someone who didn’t answer any questions with resources/steps, to having to compile all my receipts because the system did not reflect said-charge… so if I didn’t have my receipts, that’d be a scarier situation…

This clinic has the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. My experience was top tier in the way I felt cared for and heard. The staff is no different and will go the extra mile to make sure the entire process is accommodating. I didn't feel rushed like my previous experiences at other clinics. Because of their exceptional service and hospitality I highly recommend this clinic.

If you choose to go there be sure to check the rates if your insurance doesn’t cover 100% of it. I had one very brief visit (~15-mins) for which the rate turned out to be $750 and was charged another $777 for another visit which I was told was via a phone call (I think it may have been a quick follow up call as I have no recollection of it, having been billed several months later). I didn’t expect such charges for a quick visit and a phone call, and I would have appreciated being told in advance about the rates. My insurance covered a big part of the charges and I’m still left with plenty to pay out of pocket. I spoke with the billing office but they recommended I call the doctor’s office for any complaints about the charges. I called the doctor’s office, but unfortunately they weren’t helpful in addressing the issue, and suggested I call the billing office.

I feel so blessed and lucky to have found Dr. Murakami. I always feel in good hands due to her vast expertise and she genuinely cares. We continue to find non-surgical options to treat my back pain. I trust her implicitly!

Dr. Murakami has been my pain management physician for the last several years. She cares deeply for her patients and is very thorough and treats her patients with utmost respect. She is an advocate for her patients and treats them with compassion. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my family and friends if they need a physiatrist.
